Placed my order on 6 February 2023 for a new screen for an iPhone SE (2016 ). Charged £5.06 for shipping and handling.

Time passed, the goods had not been delivered and the "tracking" number supplied by Phone Glass Expert was not working. I belatedly checked Trust Pilot reviews and thought I must have fallen for a scam.

But today, 6 March 2023, 1 month after I placed and paid for my order, the goods turned up in Wales after their long journey from far distant France!

Phone Glass Expert web site claimed the goods were shipped via Parcelforce on 6 February 2023. The French postmark appears to be 23 Feb 2023, and (now that the tracking number finally works) Royal Mail claims to have received the package on 24 February and delivered it on 28 February 2023, rather than today, 6 March.

I think the tracking number is one of those Royal Mail peculiarities that only works once the goods have been delivered.

I've only docked one star for the delayed delivery because the screen is good and works well, and I'm so relieved it isn't a scam. But I wonder if I'm being too generous?

Genuine iPhone battery arrived with correct tools. Follow up email arrived with instructions. After all the neg reviews on TrustPilot my experience has been positive and I recommend this company.

I would have given zero stars if the review system would let me.
This is an awful company to deal with.
Received the wrong screen and had to return it at my own expense (£10 tracked to meet their returns criteria), but then they could not even be bothered to receive it. Delivery was attempted but no answer so delivery rearrangement instruction were left by the carrier but they didn't bother despite numerous email instruction from myself. In the end the carrier returned the screen to me. What a waste of money. I have not received any refund or apology and have a screen I can't use and still have a broken phone

Well I wish I'd looked here before placing an order with this lot. 3 weeks on and no sign of my delivery, tracking number is not recognised, emails are ignored. Uses a UK web address but business is actually in France.
Ordered again from the RepairOutlet - great communication, turned up within a couple of days.

This is a total scam, don't use. They give all the right noises that the order is received, being handled and despatched and even send spurious emails from Royal Mail to say that the goods have passed customs and even provide tracking reference. Nothing happens thereafter. They don't acknowledge emails nor provide delivery information when they say one should contact them should there be any problems. A totally dishonest business that should not have a place on the Internet.

I have received wrong battery for my iPhone SE that I paid 35 pounds,came different than battery I saw on their website
I contacted them in every way without any answer wasting money and time.
Do not buy from this company

I ordered a lightning connector assembly for my iPhone 6s. The item was genuine and factory sealed in an anti static bag. Fixed the intermittent charging problem perfectly, very happy with purchase. The item had taken 14 days to get to me, which given that the package was coming from Europe and with customs clearance etc, I consider a reasonable timeframe. I'd certainly order from them in the future.

i ordered a replacement full screen for an iphone SE 2020, paid £76 & received absolutely nothing and despite many emails- they did not respond in any manner whatsoever.
i therefore reported the AD to google, their response eventually was they had taken action, i later realised that their ad was only blocked on my personal computer !!! if i searched the product (not the company) on another device or someone else's pc.... the ad's are at the forefront still, so i n my opinion google ad's are just as bad because they are still taking the ad fees & pretending they have taken action on these scammers (shame on them) now i have told google of the above- they are now not responding to my emails ...... what a surprise.
i went back to phone glass expert.com & put several items in my cart £230.00 worth , & waited
they had not responded to my emails about the £76 order - but low + behold sent me an email saying - if i complete the purchase of my cart , i would receive a free charge cable, scammers - avoid like covid 19

Run diagnostics on this battery and it shows used for 787 days 18905 hours.
Have screen shot and serial to prove.

Hi I wanted to return my iPhone lcd back I message yous from6 days ago and my return finished today what do I do ?

I bought a Iphone 6s Plus display and they sent me a Iphone 6 Plus display, opened a ticket they told me to send back to them the wrong display, i spent 18 euro to send the item back. it is more than one month they don't reply to any email, i don't know what to do, they are disappeared, very compliments !!! please stay away from this people.

Ho comprato un display per iphone 6S Plus e mi hanno spedito un display per iphone 6 Plus, ho aperto un ticket e mi hanno detto di spedire indietro l'articolo sbagliato, ho speso 18 euro per spedirlo indietro. E' più di un mese che non mi rispondono più alle email, non so più cosa fare, sono scomparsi. Davvero Complimenti !!!, per favore state lontani da questa gente !!!!

Placed order tried logging into my account to access tracking number to be told authentication failed tried to then reset my password to see if that helped and nothing (tried more than 10 times to log in) try to contact someone by email or phone using the contact us link goes through to webpage unable to process this request every time no help or resolution to the matter and after ordering over £60 worth of items I wont be ordering from them again would not reccomend at any cost very difficult and stressful to deal with

Ordered a screen replacement. Throughout the order process, as I added more items, it reverted from white to black iphone 7 plus screen.
So, I received the wrong screen colour and wanted to return.

was not recognised and item is reported to be back to me. Cost me so far £10 to send. I hope I get it back. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent OEM quality screen at a very reasonable price and fast delivery too. Recommended.

Update: I’ve Recently bought and installed a new battery too. Very pleased
