Took £29.99 wrong phone arrived wanted me to foot the bill for return, then when I posted phone back they wanted me to pay another £40, don't trust them that's if you can understand what they are saying. Needless to say correct phone never arrived

What ever you do not use this so called company all they are are scammers what there do is chash so make a order on a deal which is unbeatable beyond believe there order the phone tesco mobile or something other 3 party genuine company take your bank details order phone but purposely order the incorrect phone what you receive is something other phone alls way top of range you will receive not what u orderd that's so you contact them to send it back but what there do is give a fake return address not the genuine address were it was sent from which is on the box and force you to take to the post office if send it back to the fake address there have your phone your bank details and you still have pay for a phone you didn't order i don't how these scam back sleep at night please keep away and report them

This is a scam, do not deal with them.

Avoid at all costs was supposed to receive iPhone 16 pro max sent out iPhone 14 then called demanding that I go to post office to send it back were very aggressive when I told them I would send it back once I received my order they continued to call off different numbers demanding I send it back straight away

Said they was from fonehouse called regarding as I was due a upgrade.Gave all relevant details and the phone I wanted paid the upfront cost.Everything looked genuine as done over what looked like secure links.was told phone will be delivered next day by Dpd everything seemed genuine I got a email from dpd next morning parcel arrived it was a Apple Watch with a new contract taken out in my name with EE.I contacted EE could not fault EE they cancelled the contract.I phoned my bank reported fraud to claim my money back.I got a phone call from phonehouse asking if I received phone I told them I got a Apple Watch they told me they would send me a qpr code to send the watch back to them.I told them it’s being sent back to EE they got a bit abrupt with me and told me there was a mistake I have to send the watch back to them so they could send me the phone.I disagreed and hung up I proceeded and sent the watch back to EE to cancel the contract.Then they continued to call me non stop asking me to send the phone back to them in order to get my upfront money back.Don’t fall for this,contact the company cancel the contract make arrangements to send the phone back to the company the contract is taken out with.contact your bank report fraud.Do not send the phone back to them they will have your money the phone, and you will have nothing but a contract to pay on a phone which you gave them.I was rung multiple times by Indian men and woman.

They get you to buy a phone on contract from tesco phone comes wrong one you send it back to an address thats not linked to tesco they then dont send a replacment phone but keep your phone your left with a 36 month contract and no phone tescos have been told and there looking into this as fraud

Three calls in 30 minutes. I have told them to remove me from their list on three different occasions. Don’t use this company for your own sake.

Don't fall for this company they legit scammer, The sales person they from i.dia and Pakistani and Manger from Nigeria. They asking your bank details and after asking for delivery fee for 50 pounds. After they get the payment i can't contact them again.

I thought it was legit , turns out it’s not . They took my money for first upfront payment for iphone 16 pro max and not one person has been in contact or answered my phone calls or emails .. also bank won’t refund me the money, scammers stay away people!!!

I will first start by saying thank you to all the honest reviewers. I would have fallen for these scammers. The same modus operandi. Acting all friendly, rushing communication, claiming to be on the right part of the law, I won't see your details bla bla bla. I wanted to buy a Samsung S25 Ultra, he told me a particular for the 256GB. Then I called again and told them I wanted the 500GB, he said he would give me the 500GB for the same amount he told me for the 256GB and would even add a silver wristwatch. It was too good to be true. They just wanted to get my money. They succeeded in taking my details and ID, and then I came here and saw all the reviews. I rushed to call my bank to block the transaction before any money was taken from my account. Since then, they have been using different numbers to chat me on my WhatsApp (very disturbing) and also getting series of text messages.

They sent me ai phoenix 26 Pro max spinel 9a and u sent them back and they haven't sent me my Samsung flip 6 and have kept my £ 30 up front cost

I had a bad experience with these I ordered my phone which was a s24 ultra not only they screwed up my order I ordered with. No sim and came with a Tesco sim which I did not ask for I sent the phone back which was wrong they sent me iPhone 16 pro max not only that they said my direct debit and contract was cancelled and I’m still getting 48 pounds taken out of my account I’ve called many times the rude ignorent staff didn’t want to know then kept ignoring me I now worried tescos not cancelled my contract

I had a terrible experience with Phonehouse . I ordered two iPhone 16 Pro Max devices, paying an upfront fee of £44.99 each. The delivery was delayed, but when the phone finally arrived on Tuesday, I received only 1 iPhone 16 Pro instead of the Pro Max.

Additionally, my deal was supposed to include a smartwatch, which was missing. I immediately contacted Phonehouse and DPD, Phone house told me to return the incorrect phone to a specific address, which I did yesterday morning.

Today, I received a letter from Tesco Mobile, stating that if I needed to return a phone, it should not be sent elsewhere. The letter was dated the 25th, but my payment was made on Friday the 24th, meaning the contract was set up after my payment.

It turns out this was identity fraud—someone deliberately ordered an iPhone 16 Pro in my name and made it seem like a distribution error. Now, my personal information has been used without my knowledge, and I have no idea where my returned phone has gone.

I have the address and a photo but it's a house address in Peterborough.

I strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with Phonehouse, and their delivery partners. This experience has been stressful, and I am now dealing with the fallout of fraudulent activity. Avoid at all costs!
Ps If anyone received 2 iPhone Pro max and was told that's an error please advise because I don't know if they also did this in my name 🥺😢
Never send the device to an address keep it and call network provider please
