This company are a fraudulent company. The fraud squad at my bank had to block them. I still haven't got my upfront payment back will have to do a charge back with my bank. 18 seconds after paying them they have tried taking 18 pound a day out of my account . My bank have had to block them. AVOID AVOID AVOID ! SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS .If I knew where their office was there would be big trouble. SCAMMERS BEWARE

Reading all these reviews, I can honestly say i just got a phone from them 2days ago and I must say i had no problems with them at all,but Reading all these bad reviews I feel I must have been one of those lucky ones, I'm sry yous all had a bad experience with them,hopefully yous all got it sorted.

SCAM SCAM Went to bromley vodafone branch, for my new mobile contract,we set up new order ,few hours later same Indian guy call me saying they phone house and offer me better deal,was like 8£ less per month ,they asked for my bank detilesto setup direc debit. and they take deposit,once payment went through, they don't want to answer my calls or emails,on my bank payments its O2 online new order slough. I recently visited Elgiganten at Burlöv Center to purchase a Chromecast. The salesman seemed unusually interested in my mobile and internet service providers. He proceeded with a 20-minute pitch about Tele-2, emphasizing the savings I could achieve by switching to them, repeatedly pointing to the price on his screen.

Towards the end of the pitch, he displayed a QR code and asked me to sign with BankID. When leaving, I found it odd that he didn’t provide any receipts; I assumed it was because everything is digital nowadays.

However, once I got home, I discovered that he had signed me up for a significantly more expensive subscription with Telenor instead of the cheaper Tele-2 plan he had been promoting. Additionally, he used a random email address instead of mine (to prevent me from receiving any receipts or notifications??).

When I went back to confront him, he was evasive. He claimed that the Tele-2 option "didn't work" but couldn't explain why he signed me up for Telenor or why he failed to mention the much higher cost.

Be extremely cautious when dealing with Elgiganten. Always double-check what you’re signing up for and ask them to print out the entire deal before signing with BankID.

Lurade min pappa, they fooled my dad into buying different phone with ”discounts” that really werent motivated. Showed a diagram saying they had lower prices pschhhh yeah right.
