There must be a bug in the phone…

There must be a bug in the phone regarding mobil coverage. Have tried several different sim cards from different networkd and always the same problem.
My wife gets the same network sim cards and has no problems.
Don't know what to do.
Nothing is working to try and fix it in the phone.

2 phones both with issues.

This is 2nd phone I have ordered from phone Madrid.
The 1st phone I ordered and paid for a new battery. The battery was not an apple battery and the charger aldo does not work well and it's new.

I then bought another phone refurbished and this time kept the original battery and the battery doesn't last more than 1 day.

Very disappointed, I could have bought a Brand New iPhone with the cost of the 2 phones.

Such a bad experience, especially the the 1st phone doesn't recognise the new battery as an apple product so a warning message appears.

Lamentamos mucho tu experiencia. La batería que ofrecemos es compatible de alta calidad, con un coste aproximado de 20 €, mientras que una original puede superar los 100 €. En algunos modelos puede aparecer ese aviso, aunque no afecta al funcionamiento.

Respecto al cargador, lo incluimos como detalle sin coste adicional, pero estaremos encantados de revisarlo contigo si no funciona correctamente. Queremos ayudarte a solucionarlo 😊
