This company has the worst customer service. These numbers are sold at other places, their rates are increased by 99%, it is a major scam, and carriers wont accept their numbers.

She is the greatest representative I have ever ran into. By far I'm going to recommend everybody that wants a vanity number to this company she took this from a business to making it feel more like a personal experience which is very hard to find now these days. Scam company. I paid off my phone number and then realized that they still selling my phone number on their website. When i ask, they ignore me completely . No emails , no phone . Dont do business with this company. They just want to get your money. Right after they have it, they wont give a damn about you no more.

TLDR: Recommend it! For me, it occurred to be better than I expected (especially after reading some comments here). I live out of USA so I didn't know if US number will work for me. But they helped me with everything - I found a few numbers good for me, and they helped with the choice. They helped with installing software for using US number out of US (in US that's local phone number, outside I use it with internet connection like WhatsApp). They even gave me discount when I used "Make an offer" button (even though it was my first purchase on the website). I hope they will invest more into marketing describing what they do, because now they work actually better that it seams to me when I visited the website first time. After purchasing I kept contact with them for several days until number was transferred and everything started working fine, now I place my phone number on my website and business cards and receive US calls being out of US. Funny, already after purchasing I discovered that they have the biggest inventory in USA (again, hopefully they will fix marketing so that users see their benefits in advance).

After reading some feedback, I was hesitant about doing business with them. But finally, I decided to purchase a line from them. The process was straightforward. I paid for it and received the transfer information minutes after my purchase along with support email and phone contact info. In the email, they mentioned that some lines might take about 3-5 business days to transfer. Indeed, it took three days to transfer it to my T-Mobile account, but there were no complaints about that as they gave me a heads up that I need to wait, and it won't be instant like some other portings. Overall a very positive experience with them!

I am looking for a phone number for Thrift Books Global UC. I know they are in the US, but I need to speak to someone there, do to a missing book, that was supposed to be delivered awhile ago.

Never trust. They don’t and can’t control any support channel. No automated procedure. All are on their hands.

I ordered on Saturday and then I found I used invalid card.

I left a cancellation request in 10 mins using their all support channels: call, mail, chat, and web query. I even chatted with their third party support agent. She told me that she will “forward” my query.

All were ignored.

On Monday their worktime, they gave me the number. I am sure they noticed my cancellation request and still ignoring.

Note: their company address is a virtual shared office. They do not have a physical office.

I purchased a number and got an email about rotating inventory, and ask to chose another one. I did and never hear from them anymore, no reply, no phone call.
Company address is parking garage, if you check on Zillow.com. The website online support is not real person. Please don't trust this company.

This website is a SCAM. I bought a phone number from them. Several telecommunication service provider - including my service provider - declined the porting over. Stay away from that website. I just lost the $599 that I paid for that phone number.

Update:
I got an email from Account Executive Arlene T. and spoke with her over the phone. She promised she would help with the porting over to T-Mobile. It has been a week since she promised me that and nothing has been done. I tried to reach her by email, she does not reply back. I phoned their phone number and every time I get told she is having a day off. I ask to be assisted by another account executive, I get told that I have to wait till she gets back from her never ending time off. Please, avoid that company or you will end up losing your money too.
