I have been using Photobook for many years. This time, I received the 5th photobook of my daughter and will definitely order the 6th one next year.

I have used Photobook for many years now and just love the ease with which to put together precious memories that will last a lifetime. The colours of photos come back as real as you took the photo and the quality of paper used is excellent. I don’t even think about using competitor websites but prefer to stick with what I know knowing it will be 110%. I have always found the chat very helpful and once when a book arrived damaged through no fault of Photobook there was no quibble about a replacement. I love the new ephotobook too!

Great quality photobook - images are beautifully reproduced and the paper quality is excellent. We love the feel of the linen-bound covers! The website is easy to use to create your book, although we prefer to choose the layout of each page rather than rely on the software to auto-generate the layout. There are always excellent discounts and offers available, making the book great value for money. We have used PhotobookUK twice already and will definitely use them again.

Photobook provide a great variety of book sizes and types. There are always excellent offers on different types of books. The creation of the book is clear and intuitive. Books are of a good quality and delivery is prompt.

Misleading & Deceptive! Photo book UK with a .co.uk address is NOT based in the UK and so shipping is a nightmare. I paid £20+ extra for “super rush” delivery (3-5 days) because it was a birthday present for my sick mother. But now it wont arrive until at least 4 days after it should because of “public holidays” in Malaysia where they are based and a trimming issue on their end. This takes it to 9 days after I placed the order so in fact longer than standard delivery! No compensation or refund offered. I’m absolutely disgusted. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I used Photobook to make myself an art book with some of my artwork. I tried out a couple of other companies but I felt more comfortable with this one’s software for putting the book together.
There was however a technical issue when the book arrived, but thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind customer service, I was sent a replacement. I’m very happy and will definitely use again!

Horrible... said it would arrive within 4 days and now 2 weeks later still has not. Use something else!

Beautiful photo book. Easy to create, very good quality and prompt service.

Easy to build and personalise the photobook. Lot of templates available. Quick service, I received my photobook in 1 week. And most important very good quality of finish! I have now been using Photobook UK for these resons. Additionally recently a new feature allow you to share your photobook book once finalised and order with friends and family which I really like!

I have used photobook many times over the last few years and have always found the quality of the photographs and the products to be very good. In addition their service is excellent - delivery is always on or before the estimated date. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the finished book. Great quality paper, crisp clear prints in true colours. And superfamily from order to delivery.

Paid £250 for a photo album, I then received a £76 customs fee as it came from Malaysia!
Photobook UK claimed it's part of their terms.
Why are you printing albums overseas and not disclosing it?!
Avoid at all costs

Having produced one book i tried to duplicate and make changes - error message after error message - did the online help? not at all no response - they keep emailing telling me they have responded when they have not. There are better services out there

Wrong item received, not responding to email/live chat/WhatsApp for weeks.

Didn't realise the product was being printed and dispatched from Malaysia. Original courier was DHL but after a few days the update was it was returned to sender. Contacted Photobook who advised it was being resent via Aramex. After another week I had a call from Aramex to say my photo album was being held by customs and they would need me to pay a customs charge!! They didn't know how much but would send me a text to pay.

It is not clear that the item is dispatched internationally but even still, according to the UK trade tariffs photo albums appear to be exempt from duty so not sure why customs have stopped the item.

Really not happy, having already spent a lot of money on the album I didn't not expect to have to pay even more (and the website is quite misleading on where the items are being dispatched with loads of references to UK, free delivery and delivery guarantees.

I really wish I had checked these reviews before using this Company. I assumed they were UK based - (photoboxUK) & I needed a speedy delivery for a 50th birthday. The book was expensive plus I paid - without realising how expensive it would be - over £30 for super quick delivery. The book has still not arrived - missing the birthday, plus it is now being returned to Malaysia where it was produced, due to some customs issue. You can’t phone and speak to anyone at PhotobookUK, their WhatsApp chat service doesn’t pick up, there is no option but to send an email and hope for the best. I have never felt so let down by an online service. Will never use this company again. Avoid.

DHL were to deliver to me on the above order on Wednesday 7th February under their waybill No 5155302854. This was not delivered and then it said they have returned order to sender.
COMPLAINT
I emailed them Wednesday and have had no response or acknowledgement this is not acceptable and now its late to give the book to my Granddaughter. Very upset.
What is going on please respond urgently.
