The filters don't filter the water properly after 2 weeks. Despite it being thoroughly cleaned and holes patent after each change there is water left in the reservoir. I have called you about this and no useful suggestion was made. Very disappointed. I'll probably buy a more efficient system

I found the last couple of times l used the clean pack l felt a residue in the water, l have decided to stick to the softening one from now on

Easy to use, instructions included. Delivered through your letter box, so no waiting in for delivery. Reasonably priced, reminder sent when you are due to buy more, and the best part is, no empty plastic cartridges going to landfill. All packaging is recycleable.

Great product well packaged and minimises the use of plastic. I have been using these products for years and am very happy with the resultant water. This water I use for cooking with and my overnight drinking.

A 12 month supply is great to avoid reordering so much. The filter system works well and hey, no plastic to throw away, perfect.

The filtered water is good enough to make kombucha. I am pleased with everything. I am especially happy that the cartridge is refillable so I am not wasting plastic.

Great product from a great innovative company. Love that I can just refill the cartridge of my water filter using the sachets in this pack. Saves the planet from plastic waste and economical too! Used these filters for a few years now. Just awesome!
