Haven't been disappointed yet. I've purchased several products along with having custom scripts made. Service tickets have always been quick to get a response. Great service so far.

I needed only one line of code to justify my rating. As simple as it follows.

A company that calculates an extraction of a VAT rate value from a product price with this formula on their script:
Tax = (netprice * tax_rate) / 100

Hilarious to say the least.

Moreover that’s tremendously incorrect. This tells pretty much everything about how much they know what they are doing.

I didn't buy anything yet from a seller. I found many scripts having a lack of mandatory validations while tested. Sometimes to find what you need you need to combine functionality of a few scripts. I would rate many of their scripts are basic which will require additional work. Customer support is very slow to reply. Chat window which appears on their web never works.

I have purchased several products from PHPJabbers. I have also had them to write customized scripts for me. IN ALL CASES, I was very satisfied with the results. If I had to sum up the overall experience that I have had with these guys, I would have to characterize it as “Excellence With Class”!! In my book, they are second to none. ‘nough said…

I use 5 of the scripts on a permanent basis and a few others more intermittently on our non-profit website and I love them all. The scripts are easy to install and use, and with a little extra knowledge they're not too hard to modify to seamlessly integrate into your website. I always look at them first for new needs as they arise, and I'm sure I'll be getting more as we expand our online capabilities.

I had been looking for a multi user Availability Calendars script for a while and this did just what I wanted and at a reasonable cost. The support was great and I managed to get the script working without too much problem. Any problems I had including a minor display problem they sorted out promptly. I needed a customisation to make the script perfect for my needs and they quoted me a reasonable price and delivered after a week or so. When one part of the change wasn't quite as I'd specified they corrected without any additional cost. I'm very happy with the software and with the service.

As it says: an inadequate experience with a lot of friction. I asked for a customization for a script I paid € 79 for. The customization was another € 120. This was done poorly and when I asked to correct that they corrected half. When I complained they said they would finish it for another € 30, which I paid as I did not want my client to have a script that was not up to par.

These guys have brought alot of my ideas to life - the process of starting a business can be a really complex maze and being able to implement ideas quick enough and make all the necessary changes can be a useful asset to have. PhpJabbers has indeed been that partner - great scripts that are also affordable and customizable as well as a prompt and timeous response to technical queries are some of the qualities that make these guys unsurpassed in their field

I am using one of their scripts and had a problem with getting it to work locally. Their support was excellent in helping me to find the problem (my php set up) and in answering all my questions about using the scipt. I'm sure that I'll be needing a few tweaks and have no doubt of excellent service.

I used phpjabbers to create an ecommerce site for a food delivery service that I had in mind and I asked them to change their script for my needs and I must say they did a good job and later I asked many changes to get to what I wanted and witdth petty expenses have shaped the script as I wished.

I've been using this company for four or five years now and can highly recommend them. Their back end admin is easy to use and installation is a snip. When I did have problems with their software, they went out of their way to fix the problem without extra charge. I can only speak from my experience, which has been very good.

PHPJabbers software is of such a high quality they are my first stop every single time. If they have a solution that fills my need I don't even bother shopping around as it would simply be a waste of time. Their scripts are well-written and require only a basic knowledge of setting up a MySQL DB and how to FTP the files to your server. The rest is amazingly simple to do.

I have been a PHPJabbers customer since September 2015 and every single time I've submitted a ticket they have been friendly and positive with a solution being found every single time. My most recent experience and the one that gave me the urge to write this review was the most challenging yet. Not because of software quality, but rather my own misunderstanding about a feature.

What amazed me was how their very first contact with me was to proffer multiple solutions, allowing me to choose what I felt would satisfy me the most.

I can only say more companies, Internet or geographical, need to be like these people. Ticket filed, solution proffered. No accusatory questions asked.

The script is very easy to use. Phpjabbers provide excellent support. They respond very quickly and give clear instructions. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had PHPJabbers do a script modification for me with one of their scripts. I must say I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to things being done and PHPJAbbers well excelled the mark!

If you need any coding doing these are the guys you can trust, they do what they say. I had to wait a while for my script to be completed, but they did say from the start how long it would take.
These guys are well laid back and always listen to the customer.
