Great price and product really helps. Only issue not their fault was evri/hermes delivery saying they wanted a signature and wouldn't deliver to a safe place like they usually do at my house. So maybe recommend using a different sender

I ordered & paid for a night splint…
I ordered & paid for a night splint which I expected to be delivered on Tuesday. I also paid extra for one day delivery however no sign of my order and the tracking number doesn't work. I cant find a single contact number for them either - very frustrated and helplesss!

Link to track the order on e-mail doesn't work.
I've purchased two products recently, the first was urgent so chose next day delivery which didn't happen although it was the day after. Second purchase arrived 4 days after order which was OK as it wasn't urgent. The "Thank you for your order" e-mail has a link allowing you to track the order but it doesn't work ? The products ordered are very good.

Very poor. Physioroom.com went into Administration.
Made a return and it took over 2 months and several communications to get refund. Now we have an order that is over 10 days old and no notification of shipping or communication as to status of order. Got told the company went into administration.
