I ordered the elite exercise wheel but I received a completely different wheel. I sent an email over a week ago informing of such. I still have not had a reply to my email however, I have been asked to rate ‘the service’ hence the 1 star! I am annoyed and frustrated, if there was an option to provide a 0 star I would have selected it!

Happy with the service and prompt delivery received of the items ordered. Sadly you no longer stock the item after finding out ordering the second time.
Again though cannot fault the service received in a prompt email explaining and the quickness of the refund received.

Excellent products and service
I ordered various items to help with a wrist injury and they came within a few days. I am finding the wrist splint in particular very efficacious.
When the parcel arrived a heat pack had been damaged in transit but a quick email to customer service and it was refunded straight away.
Will definitely use Physioroom again should the need arise.

Very happy with product. I was sent the wrong size initial. Took some searching on their web site to find telephone number for customer services. But once made contact staff were very helpful and sorted out my issue quickly and efficiently.

The item I wanted was out of stock
The item I wanted was out of stock. I waited a few weeks then ordered again as it was showing as available. Having ordered and paid for the item, the next day I received an email telling me that there was a problem with the website and in fact the item was not available, so they had to send me a refund. Not impressed.
