Skype appointment
As a keen runner, I've relied on Graham's expertise to keep me on the trails for a few years. As COVID-19 stopped me from visiting his clinic this week, I had a Skype appointment.
As always, it was thorough and evidence-led. Graham assessed my thinking, postural and exercise habits and conducted a series of physical tests.
By the end of the 30 minute appointment, I was reassured, had answers to all my questions and had a clear understanding of how I could run and reduce pain.
Thanks to Graham and all the Physis receptionists who deliver gold standard customer care.
1st time Physio for shoulder pain
I needed some Physio for the first time (I'm 46) due to shoulder pain.
I went to Physis on Morrison Street and saw Evonne. I can't speak highly enough of the help I received, from advice on posture, exercises geared specifically to my issue, and the actual physical therapy over several weeks.
I feel so much better now, and I'm really glad that I went along.
Evonne is really nice and friendly too. All round a great experience with Physis and Evonne.
Excellent care
After my knee operation, I was well looked after by Physis 'Lesley Mackie', at Craighall Road, Edinburgh, she just have done miracles, and as I am lucky to have health insurance I visit Physis regularly to look after my old bones, back in particular. Highly Recommended
