Do not buy from them as you will likely never get your product. Been waiting for months despite assurances that they would ship any day now and till date it has still not happened.

Order was placed and then heard nothing … no notice that it had been shipped, tracking info, etc. when I contacted them they said there was a “supply issue” but no approximate date given. After weeks I have emailed again just to cancel the order — and am hoping they do so, so I can get my money back. The sad thing is that several magazine reviews rated their socks very well, so I chose this company based on these reviews! Would give one star except someone there did email me back, so I’m going with two stars because they have some modicum of customer service.

I placed order #15406 with Physix Gear Sports on 21 September 2025 and paid in full. As of mid-November — nearly two months later — I have still not received my items, have never been provided a tracking number, and have never been told whether my order was ever shipped, ever processed, or simply lost.

I have emailed their support team more than a dozen times. Every reply has been the same:
“We are looking into it,”
“We are checking with fulfilment,”
“We will get back to you soon,”
“We cannot provide any timeframe.”

Not once in two months have I received:
• A concrete update
• A shipment confirmation
• A tracking number
• Any evidence the order exists in the fulfilment system

The customer service responses are circular and repetitive, with no actual action taken. Each time I request a replacement or refund, I am told they need more time to “investigate.”

I even provided a 24-hour deadline to simply ship a replacement and send a tracking number. They acknowledged the deadline but again failed to meet it, repeating the same vague message.

This is now clearly a case of non-fulfilment of a paid order. I am initiating a chargeback with my credit card provider and sharing this experience so that future customers are aware of the ongoing fulfilment and communication issues at Physix Gear Sports.

It is disappointing, because their products are good — but the handling of this order has been unacceptable.
