Stay away from this company!

I was so stressed dealing with this company that it has taken me over a year to write a review. I want to warn others about this 'family run' business and how unprofessional they are. They do not look after their customers and do not follow through with anything they say. When I visited the showroom, I tried out a lot of the pianos. Most of them were very out of tune and some had notes not working, however, Zoe assured me that whatever piano I bought would be tuned by their piano tuner before it was delivered. I paid cash on the day of delivery and Zoe and her husband quickly left once the piano was in place. When I sat down to play the piano it was ridiculously out of tune and the notes that were not working were still not working. I messaged Zoe and she apologised and assured me someone would come and tune and repair the piano at no extra cost. A piano tuner never turned up. Zoe strung me along for 5 months giving me excuses after excuses. Eventually I gave up and arranged a piano tuner myself . The piano was in such disrepair I had to have four visits from a piano tuner. This cost me just under £400. I feel so upset that a company could behave in such a way. What was meant to be a wonderful purchase for my home has been so tainted. My piano is barely fit for purpose. Please be aware. If you are going to use this company use a credit card to pay so you have some protection.
