recently had an issue with mExcellent customer support and quick resolutiony order…

recently had an issue with my order where the shipping information showed only one item instead of the two I had purchased. I contacted Picaboo’s customer support team, and they were extremely kind and professional throughout the process. They listened carefully, verified my order, and quickly clarified the situation.

What impressed me most was how fast they resolved the problem and how courteous they were in every interaction. Their clear communication and willingness to help made me feel valued as a customer.

Thanks to their efficiency, my concern was solved without stress. I truly appreciate the great service and would not hesitate to recommend Picaboo to others.

Great Customer Service!!

There was a mix up with my order in regards to an item that I had bought as a special gift. I reached out to customer support and they responded within minutes, agreeing to rectify the situation immediately.
I find that Picaboo always has great customer support. Any time you have a question or concern, they immediately try to assist you!

15 Years, Nearly 50 Projects

I’ve completed nearly 50 projects with Picaboo over the past 15 years, including photo books, calendars, Christmas cards, and canvases. When I first started, I tried a few other companies, but I quickly realized that Picaboo was the best choice.
Their platform is incredibly user-friendly and makes it easy to fully customize each project exactly how I want. I especially appreciate the wide variety of backgrounds and layouts, as well as the flexibility to place and resize photos to create a truly personalized design.
On the rare occasions I’ve had an issue, their Customer Service team has been both professional and personable, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
After so many years and projects, Picaboo has consistently exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality, creativity, and excellent customer service so well. I wouldn’t trust my memories with anyone else.

Extra time for my project...Prompt with Service

Was given a special code for $ off a project because of an error on a previous project, however there was a deadline. When I asked for more time to finish the project they extended the deadline then were a great help getting it ordered as the code was not entering. I find Picaboo Customer Service is always willing to help out and are very prompt with their service.

Great product, Excellent Customer Service

We made a photo album a little over 10 years ago from our wedding. Unfortunately, we had lost our wedding photos and haven't been able to get in touch with our photographers since it has been so long. So, I remembered my wife uploaded them when she made our photo album and thankfully they were all still uploaded into Picaboo. Janina was able to download them all and share the files with me. Such a great experience and so thankful for the help!

Great product with great customer service

I have been a Picaboo customer for 15 years. The quality of their photo books is top rate, and they are easy to design. When I recently had a question, the customer service representative who answered my query was wonderful and went out of her way to help me recover digital pictures from several photo books we made more than a decade ago. I have used the yearbook function

I have used the yearbook function, and it is awful, arguably one of the WORST design websites. its so clanky, random functions freeze up. The photos sometimes decide to resized themselves.

Picaboo is the best

I have used Picaboo for photo albums for over 10 years, and it is by far the best I have found. It is almost infinitely customizable and the end result is lovely. I must say, their customer service is also amazing. There was some shipping damage and gluing issues on my recent order, and Customer Service kindly agreed to send me a new copy!
