Scam! Invited my friend who had 8purchases within 4 weeks. No reward!:)))

This is a scam, please avoid it. I ordered a Cravat from the site towards the end of Feb as they look appealing. There's a note stating that it'll arrive within a week, but since then I have received no delivery confirmation. I have reached out several times via phone call and it just heads to voicemail and emails are never responded to. Wish I had done my due diligence before placing an order. I've requested a refund numerous times but nothing. Please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid at all costs.

Pickapocket seems like a scam website. Sent my order over a week ago - order showing as not processed even though they say they process same day. Site says they email back within 24 hours - sent 2 emails and no response 4 days later. Phoned - rings out so can't even leave a message. Sent FB message - no response. Total waste of my time and £40 spent on ties for a wedding that I won't be getting. If they are not scammers they are just unbelievably poor at providing any sort of service.

The delivery was on time. My purchase was excellent quality and looked fantastic. 100% I would recommend Pickapocket and will definetly be using them again.

I have bought many items from here now as the quality is fantastic! Even bought all my wedding supplies from here to. Pleasure to deal with thanks again!

Made the mistake of buying an item from this company. The item was not as pictured online, I have sent them 2 emails directly, tried to call and sent a message through their website all with no reply. There is no details of how to send a return to them on their website. They clearly avoid all contact if there is an issue, definitely a company to avoid.

FOLLOW UP - The reply from the company below is completely untrue, there has been no contact previous to me leaving this review, they only respond to this kind of online action unfortunately...

I bought a pair of sunglasses a couple of months back as I liked the design and in particular the price.

Before the pair had arrived, I received an email asking for feedback on the item and that if I had any questions, I was to respond directly to the email.

I wore the sunglasses once and realised that the copper finish on them wasn't to my taste (it looks like 'rose gold' in the sun). I replied to the email explaining this and that I would like to return them and swap them for another pair (no more than 10 days after receiving them).

I received no reply and no answer from the phone number provided which I called twice. The phone has no voicemail service either.

Terrible service. I thought it was peculiar to receive an email before the product had even arrived and particularly strange to receive no reply when I clearly gave him news he didn't want to hear.

(After reply). Thanks for the speedy response and I appreciate you're a small independent company. Definitely no reply to my emails though and I've double checked all inbox folders. Thanks for the refund though and all the best.
