I ordered a belly bar and there was a small issue with delivery at first. However, Rachel personally arranged for it to be resent promptly, and the customer service team kept me updated with tracking throughout. When it arrived, I was absolutely delighted—it’s gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Fantastic service and a beautiful product!

The only reason why I give this a 2* is that the customer service was lovely. But the nose ring itself is cheap, impractical and doesn't stay in your nose for 5 minutes before it falls out.

I made an error with my order and they quickly rectified this for me!
Double hooped nose ring is tiny and fits around my nose perfectly tightly.
It looks amazing

Uuseless site with poor quality and service! I have bought 10 belly button piercings from them, 3 of them took me at least 30 minutes to open, it felt like it was going to break, 2 of them didn't even have bells 2 of them hade problem with their balls then those were so tight that I can't even open to use them. The strangest thing was when I contact them they asked me to buy jewellery pliers To remove the top from the other two. They told me that those style have an internally threaded top so are more secure but they can be undone easily with body jewellery pliers or a standard pair of cosmetic tweezers. Can you just believe that they ask me to buy tolls to use their piercing. Not recommended them at all.

Gold belly ring wouldn’t clip shut. Managed to use pliers to make it work myself. Then the gold tarnished within one week.

I really liked my piercings from pierced body art, however i did not clip properly, i didnt notice straight away,tried to change position, but eventually i lost not long after. I hope they fix an issue
