I ordered a product with great ease on their website. Payment also went like a breeze. After I placed my order, I got regular updates via mail about the status of the order. And the product was securely wrapped and arrived in a pristine condition.

I strongly advise not to purchase anything from this company. I ordered some very expensive cast-iron grates for a garage and after paying 650€, my order was lost more than two weeks, delaying the finishing of the work and costing me a lot of money and subjecting me to a lot of stress as they told me that if the order was lost, they had no more of this model and I would have to start all over with another supplier (and hope that Pierre & Sol would refund me!)

Remi Buyssens, the person I dealt with from the company, had no interest in assuming their responsiblity (they had charged me for the delivery and she couldn't care less if I ever got my order or not) and the logistics company also didn't care.

I asked for a refund of the shipping charges and a 12% discount as a small gesture which they denied even though it took nearly a month from my order to receive the material when the promised delivery time is 5 days once shipped.

There are plenty of other companies that take customer service more seriously and sell products of equal or better quality at similar or better prices.

I would never use them again.

Je vous déconseille vivement d'acheter quoi que ce soit à cette société. J'ai commandé des grilles en fonte très chères pour un garage et après avoir payé 650€, ma commande a été perdue plus de deux semaines, retardant la fin des travaux et me coûtant beaucoup d'argent et me soumettant à beaucoup de stress car ils m'ont dit que si la commande était perdue, ils n'avaient plus ce modèle et que je devrais tout recommencer avec un autre fournisseur (et espérer que Pierre & Sol me rembourserait !).

Remi Buyssens, la personne avec qui j'ai traité au sein de la société, n'avait aucun intérêt à assumer sa responsabilité (ils m'avaient facturé la livraison et elle se fichait éperdument que je reçoive ou non ma commande) et la société de logistique s'en fichait également.

J'ai demandé le remboursement des frais d'expédition et une remise de 12 % en guise de geste, ce qu'ils ont refusé, même s'il s'est écoulé près d'un mois entre ma commande et la réception du matériel, alors que le délai de livraison promis est de 5 jours une fois le produit expédié.

Il y a beaucoup d'autres entreprises qui prennent le service à la clientèle plus au sérieux et qui vendent des produits de qualité égale ou supérieure à des prix similaires ou supérieurs.

Je ne ferai plus jamais appel à eux.

Stay well clear from this company!! So unprofessional. I paid for a product and it clearly stated free shopping yo be told I had to pay for shipping its a mistake. I told them I wanted a refund for them to turn around and make up a lame excuse that their refund department were on holidays for 4 weeks! Scamming company robbing people. Will be taking this further.

They sent me a broken article at a moment they announced on their website they hadn't the article I had ordered in stock. Strange, I could have waited some more months to receive something useful. The delivery service claimed not to be responsible so I paid more than 100€ for nothing and will maybe even have to pay to get rid of this thing lying in the basement. My trust in this company has gone because of this experience.

Do not use them as supplier. Received other product than the one i ordered. Nothing to do about that, as it is impossible to get in touch with their costumer service as they do not have one. I can only advise against using this supplier

Waiting for my customised frame since 25th May. No news. They have stopped answering any emails. They don't pick up the phone. Do NOT order from Pierre et Sol!

Normally i write positive reviews about company's. But the afterservice from this company is so bad, that i had to write a negative review. I canceled my order because the delivery took to long. I wrote an e-mail and called them on monday to cancel the order. They confirmed the cancellation (on monday).

Thuesday they send the materials to my house (so i said, i can not take the product because because i canceled it already). After waiting for almost 4 weeks i didn't get any refund. I called the company serveral times and everytime they had an differtent story. Finally i got my money back..

.. but then. They charged me 125 euro for the delivery on tuesday where i canceled my delivery on monday??

Because of the slow response and don't want to spend any more negative energy around this company.. i choose to let it go. But the experience was really bad.
