Avoid Pikabox

I agree with the below, I think they have dumped the business or got caught out. The Pikabox App was useless anyway so I would advise anyone thinking of getting it not to and look elsewhere. The crowd who were running this disguised their inability to run it competently by abusing their customers. In case these guys try and start up again, I would avoid Pikabox because it seems its all they know.

It seems that this business has gone

It seems that this business has gone! The box no longer works, Facebook page has been archived and the website has closed down. Very annoyed as I have several months subscription left - no notice, no explanation, no refund. Diabolical way to treat customers who have stuck with them, despite agreeing with the comments below. Not happy at all.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Truly horrible people to deal with

Truly horrible people to deal with. I asked a few simple questions about my box and was treated like an idiot. I then had a query about buying a new box from them a when Steve had a meltdown, threw his dummy out of the pram and then banned me. How dare I ask a question!! At least my money was refunded so glad to be rid of them. Bunch of arrogant, rude degenerates the lot of them!!

Rude and arrogant mods,terrible service on new pikabox app

As has already been mentioned, the staff/mods are obnoxious, especially steve the fat man.
The service used to be very good on the mytv app, no problems. Then due to people who have been abused and been spoken to like kids, pikabox was stitched up to the authorities and had to change servers and app to get around the blocks.
The new app is truly awful, every task is a laboured ordeal requiring multiple remote presses to do something that should be done by the app, ie, app does not update the epg, have to do it manually via 5 back presses. picture or sound lock ups don't buffer, you have to exit app to refresh.
App update continually fails.
Half of remote control buttons no longer work.
no time displayed on the screen.
No ability to record a program while you are out, you have to press record at the start of the program.
The pause live tv function has been removed.
I could go on and on, the new app is amateurish and a total disaster. My subs run out in a month, i will not give them anymore money.
Stay away, you have been warned !!

I ordered the wrong box my fault but…

I ordered the wrong box my fault but returned it to the address on box well the rudeness of the person I was dealing with was horrendous he said he has cancelled my order for new box and won’t entertain any orders from me ,I was polite and only needed advice but the gates of hell opened . Please people be wary of them I gave him no excuse to treat me the way he did . How they have business is beyond me if this is the way they treat customers
Update never got the £98 back plainly denied I had sent it back when the post office said clearly it had been delivered, so unless you order the correct thing be very wary of ordering from them ,hellish people and hellish service

Don't do business with these monkeys

Ordered a product, they sent me something different & when I contacted them, they tried to persuade me to accept the product they'd sent me. Returned the (wrong) product, and they cancelled the order leaving me out of pocket for the return postage. Rude & unhelpful.

I am left wondering whether they had the product in the first pace.
