Superior Customer Service
I am on a huge, multi state road trip and had the unfortunate experience of having my driver's side seatbelt break on my almost brand new Honda. I called nearly a dozen Honda dealers in a three state area trying to find a way to get it fixed, and Johnny at Pikes Peak Acura was the only person who took the time over the phone to explain the intricacies and limitations of getting it fixed. Armed with this information, I was finally able to make plans to get it replaced without sacrificing a week or more of my road trip plans or driving hundreds of miles with no functional seat belt. Once I arrived in Colorado Springs, he made time to take a quick look at my car to confirm the seatbelt was indeed broken and refused to let me pay him for his time. This is by far the best customer service I've ever received at a mechanic or dealership in my 30+ years of driving and owning cars. Even the people on the phone I spoke to multiple times I called to get to service or be transferred to speak to Johnny were polite and quickly helped me. I only wish I lived closer so I could use this place as my dealership and service center regularly. I hope whomever manages Johnny realizes what an awesome employee he is and how well he represents the business. I highly recommend doing business here.
