We have used Pillinger travel for many years

We have used Pillinger travel for many years now, and have always had great service from Gavin and the team. During this current booking, and just four days prior to flying out, due to our son after having a climbing accident requiring to have extensive surgery, we contacted Pillinger and spoke to Andy, to see what could be arranged/salvaged. He was GREAT! After just a few hours, he had managed to rebook our exact holiday for a more appropriate date, with a minimal administration fee. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. They embody the ethos of looking after their clients.
Finally, just a word of thanks to the Pillinger team for the help they gave us in taking care of our booking, during what is a bit of a stressful period for us.
