I do not recommend shopping at this store. I ordered a medication that requires proper storage conditions and was supposed to be shipped via priority mail to avoid damage during transport. Unfortunately, the seller sent it as a regular package, ignoring the guidelines regarding temperature and delivery time. As a result, the medication is no longer usable, and its effectiveness may be seriously compromised. A complete lack of professionalism and responsibility — I’m very disappointed with the service and the store’s approach to customers.

Abbiamo verificato i Suoi ordini e possiamo confermare che nel primo caso si è verificato un ritardo a causa di un esubero di spedizioni da parte del corriere. Tuttavia, per il secondo ordine effettuato il 17 pomeriggio, il pacco è stato preso in carico il 18 dicembre, spedito lo stesso giorno e consegnato il 20, rispettando così i tempi previsti.

The product range is good
The product range is good, as are the prices. However, delivery is always 3-4 days later than stated due to difficulties with the transport company. Unfortunately, this greatly diminishes the quality of Pillola Store
