Competitive Pricing
I like to shop around monthly from various Mounjaro suppliers that offer introductory offers to new customers so I originally used Pills2U around 3-4 months ago and recently received a £10 discount code email to come back to them. I still had to answer quite a lot of questions as a returning customer but definitely not as time consuming as a new customer so that helped. Once the application was processed I received my order promptly by Royal Mail next day delivery with full tracking so could plan my day. It would be nice if Pills2U offered a continuous loyalty discount scheme for returning customers that some other suppliers offer if that could be looked at. Also maybe allow a customer to order more than one weight loss pen (up to 3 months supply) at a time with a potential discount that would save on postage and packing. But otherwise happy with the service and advice provided.

Unfortunately we have not been provided with the requested evidence to support the claim for the delivery damage. Until this is received we are unable to action anything with Royal Mail as part of the claimed damage. Once we received the necessary information we can action this. We have sent 3 further requests for this to date without a reply to these to support the claim.
Further to this we have sent further requests for the detailed information we require which we have not received a reply to. Until we receive the requested information we are unable to rectify any potential issue.
Fantastic Company
First time ordering from this company and I’m really impressed, I will definitely order again. I used to purchase weight loss treatment from Medexpress but Pills2u are way better on service and pricing. Really responsible prescribing process when ordering for the first time, and quick and efficient ordering and delivery process. Would highly recommend.

Very slow service and difficult…
Very slow service and difficult compared to other providers. Many more checks, consultations than other providers for a repeat medication. Took 5 days to be delivered from ordering (other providers all been 1-2 days) Should arrive chilled yet icepacks had melted by the time delivered and everything was dripping wet. Won't be ordering again from here.

We want to explain the review process, as it's worth clarifying. While this medication isn't new to you, you are a new patient to us, having transferred from another provider. Whenever a patient joins us for the first time, our prescriber needs to review your medical history and confirm the prescription independently, rather than relying on you simply receiving a supply from another provider — this is standard practice across regulated pharmacies, and it's there to make sure everything is safe and correct before we take over your ongoing care. We appreciate this adds time on that first order specifically, and it's not something you should need to go through again for your future repeat orders with us, once you're set up in our system.
Regarding the ice packs and delivery condition, we'd like to look into this for you specifically, as cold chain requirements can vary depending on the medication. Please contact our patient support team directly at hello@pills2u.co.uk so we can identify exactly what you received and confirm whether any special storage precautions were applicable and we can see when you placed your order specifically.
