I just recently started using the app I still have to see it post on my credit report. But customer support has been exceptional. It should post any day now since today is the 30th day since I signed up.

Lets me report my rent payments. I earn points on reviews and surveys and get to use the. Points to buy really cool stuff

I absolutely love Pinata. Pinata is helping change my life for the better by helping me raise my credit score from simply paying my rent. Because of Pinata my credit has been raised more than 40 points. To add icing on the cake their customer service is Too-Tier in response time and accurately answering my questions. If your landlord tries to enroll you in a Resident Benefit Package that involves Pinata, walk the other way. They will re-age your account and not report it correctly, it will harm your average age of accounts. They will retaliate using misleading information provided by them by your landlord. Good luck to you if you have to deal with this company. Class action likely incoming.

Piñata Rent Rewards is honestly one of the best apps for renters. You get rewarded just for paying rent on time, which we all already do anyway. The points turn into real gift cards and discounts, and the credit-building feature is a huge bonus. It’s free, simple to use, and actually gives value back for something we’re already spending money on every month. Highly recommend.

Pinata is a great app that has very beneficial resources such as credit reporting for paying your rent and points that rack up for paying rent and taking surveys that you can use to get items off of the shop, I've cashed out for products like animal food and cleaner and have cashed out for numerous gift cards.

My management company write in a Renters Benefit Plan into our lease that required a $50 a month fee be paid. Pinata advertises rent reporting. Been paying since June and the website says will report even back up to 24 months of paid rent. Sound good? None of it has happened. Every time I ask when rent report will be made, I am told "another month." Or "We wait for 4 or 5 months and report all at once." Still nada.Website declared one thing and support says another. Paying my RBP for nothing in return.

This app gives you points towards cool rewards just by renting. What more could you ask for?

Who would have ever though that when you pay your rent someone would report it to a credit Bureau! piñata will. So if someone pays their rent on time each month, Piñata reports it…..and wow Up goes your credit score. Thank you Piñata.
