I can thoroughly recommend this garage. They fixed what needed fixing and didn't fix what didn't! All the staff I encountered were friendly and cheerful. The whole process was easy. Will be my go to garage from here on.

Having purchased a van for £8000,and then the engine turbo broke, the van was returned under the warranty. 3 weeks later they have still NOT repaired the van and I am constantly chasing them for updates. Either they are waiting for me to go away, or the constant excuse of “ we are getting a specialist” is false. Buyer beware. I do not recommend as they clearly just want the sale without any after service
Van purchased on 24th June 2022. Turbo broke 10th September. AA recovered on 11th September. 25days has elapsed, van not repaired or returned.
Warranty not honoured
Still waiting….
And to top it the workshop manager tells me the warranty has run out. Its been sitting in their yard for 3 weeks during the warranty period without anyone caring to look at it.. . Shame they done care about the customer.

We so sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. As much as we rely on technology and training to provide customers with consistent, up-to-date information, we deeply regret when breakdowns like this occur.
We have been in business since 1960 and we haven’t got this far by suppling bad aftersales service.
Yes the turbo has gone and yes we have replaced it, but there is still a problem and we have been keeping you informed. We were waiting for a second opinion on further rectification that maybe needed.
We will be in contact with you shortly.
After discussing with Mr Ormerod the best solution for him and to minimize his inconvenience, we have agreed to purchase the van back from him.

I was interested in a used Suzuki advertised on a media site. I phoned up and asked Gary in sales if I could pop down and look at the vehicle on a Sunday. He told me the garage was closed but he would take the car out of a showroom and put it outside for me to look around. Left instructions with another colleague assist if required. Went down, (I live 50miles away) the guy I saw couldn't have been more helpful. As a result, contacted Gary by phone and we agreed a price, deposit ect. When I went to collect the car (meeting Gary for first time) they had serviced and checked it over, put 12 months mot on it (which included 2 brand new tyres) and given it a damn good clean! Gary taxed the car for me in a matter of minutes (at my expense as agreed, the whole process was absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend this garage enough. You don't get service like that in many places. A small village garage with a massive commitment to its customers. We'll done, so pleased with my transaction and the car!
