I had a valuation booked it and rang up to cancel it. The man I spoke to was very rude and very unprofessional because I had chose to go with another estate agents. He stated that I would receive a poor service and slated the other estate agents and then had the cheek to say they would be there if I needed to change. It has put me off ever using these again. No need to be unprofessional and put a negative opinion onto someone else when I never asked for it. Very disappointed with his professionalism.

Unhelpful, unreliable, unprofessional, untrustworthy, unscrupulous, duplicitous and complicit in gazumping. You get what you pay for; they're cheap for a reason. Having said that, if you have a mercenary approach to selling your property, they may be for you. As a buyer, I would advise you to proceed with caution and, if at all possible, give them an extremely wide berth.
