Pinnacle were really easy to contact, they gave quote online and it was really easy to follow. They rang when they said they would turned up early. Very good service would highly recommend.

Communication was very good and the arrangements were made for the survey within a reasonable time frame. Wayne did an excellent and thorough job of the report and made himself available subsequently to answer any queries etc regarding the property. He was very personable and knowledgeable and provided invaluable further insights into the technical issues arising. The service was really good, the staff were all helpful and courteous, and their professional charges are very fair and reasonable. I would certainly recommend Pinnacle.

Really professional service provided by Pinnacle Surveyors. Visit lasted 30 mins or so and report available by the end of the day. Had a Help to Buy valuation done and pleased with the valuation.

Having sold quite some time ago, we finally found what we thought was our perfect next house. We decided to instruct a survey because we had picked up a few things whilst viewing the house that we wanted reassurance about, and also to sense check potential repair costs etc. We had a surveyor called Ed I think who called us after doing his work to meticulously and nicely step through everything he had found. This was balanced, as he knew we wanted to buy this house. However there was a lot more wrong with it, including some things that i would say hadn't been fully disclosed, and so we pulled out. Annoying, but we are so grateful to Pinnacle for how thorough and nice they have been, and would certainly recommend them, and will use them again on our next attempt whenever that is. Thank you.

From initial call, right through to home buyers report being done, their service was excellent, professional, helpful,and most importantly, they communicated.

Excellent - I normally wouldn't write in for good service but this warrants it. Very professional, affordable and practical. Dealing with a deceased estate where some of the deadlines changed, Pinnacle were accommodating on providing updates on this. I would very much recommend and will use again.

I would not recommend this service. A surveyor attended the property last Friday and, during the visit, indicated that the valuation aligned with our expectations. However, upon receiving the report, we were astonished to find the property valued at £0.
The report contains several statements that are simply inaccurate. For instance, it claims the kitchen renovations are incomplete, despite the kitchen being newly installed, fully fitted, and finished to a high standard.
These are not minor oversights but significant misrepresentations that call into question the reliability and professionalism of the survey. On this basis, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before engaging this service.
