My company manages email across multiple products and Pinpointe offers everything we need to intelligently engage with our customers through automated campaigns and easy-to-use templates that save us time and resources.

I love Pinpointe's simple reporting features, which allow us to evaluate campaigns in real time, and their multi-variant and split testing tools help us to maximize our results.

Another benefit of working with Pinpointe is the knowledge and responsiveness of their team. Any time we have a question or require additional information about a new feature, their support staff responds quickly, making us feel like their most important client.

At the end of the day there are many email provider options - I'm glad we chose Pinpointe.

I've tried a lot of email service providers and I've always been disappointed - until I found Pinpointe. I needed an email service provider with high-level features like automation, split testing and behavioral targeting. I found that and more with Pinpointe.

It has all of the features I need, along with great analytics that let me compare campaigns and get specific stats that go beyond the basic open rates and click-throughs.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pinpointe to my colleagues.

Pinpointe was my first foray into email marketing platforms beyond the MailChimp, ConstantContact bunch. After an exhaustive sourcing effort Pinpointe got the nod, with reservations, over a range of competitors.

They won the business on price, deliverability and support. The product set was not as robust as some larger competitors but, to their credit, Pinpointe not only had a roadmap that went where we wanted but, they delivered on it.

What a breath of fresh air these folks are. Responsive and anticipatory are two of the hallmarks of our experience with Pinpointe. The platform is logical and easy to use, offers multiple levels of "in process" support and has some of the better testing tools I have run into.

We are a customer, going on 3 years now. I keep my ear to the track and have yet to hear the rumble of a competitor that will supplant Pinpointe. I highly recommend their service.

I have worked with Pinpointe for over 6 years and they have always been super responsive to our needs. The UI is logical and easy to use with extraordinary reporting and statistics. Their support team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with responses generally received within an hour. The deliverability is also better than any other system we have tested and they include great testing tools allowing for multi-variant/split testing. My favorite tool is the inbox preview which shows you 25+ inboxes and includes a pre-flight spam checker.

Currently I am using their Enterprise edition which allows me to create dedicated sub accounts with an administrator account and additional configuration options. I have 3 of my clients on the platform and all of them are very impressed with the delivery and reporting they are receiving.

They don't have a price point that is competitive for small senders, nor do they have a free account. Their target is higher volume and Enterprise

The Campaign Builder is very easy to use and intuitive, however I would like to see additional templates added or more options for layouts within these templates.

I own multiple businesses and use Pinpointe for all of them.

The drag and drop email builder allows me to create emails easily without having to write HTML myself. The emails look good in multiple browsers.

I much prefer phone support, but their chat support usually does the trick.

Support is helpful. You typically get a reply within an hour and the support staff is​ ​​very ​knowledgeable ​

Background: I'm a freelance web developer. Many of my clients often ask for help with picking out third-party software related to their website, like email marketing and SEO. I recommend Pinpointe hands down for email marketing. It integrates with SalesForce, has a customizable API, and has a WordPress plugin.

Pros:
- Clean, easy to use UI (little outdated, but they are experimenting with new designs throughout)
- Statistics gathering and reporting
- Support is very helpful, usually responding in < 1 hour. When a question turns out to be an issue with the system, their development team is also very responsive and quick to fix and patch issues
- Deliverability of emails are better than other systems I've tested (the emails get sent and arrive when I plan, and look just like I designed them in the system)
- Lots of email tools - split testing, inbox previewing, spam checker
- Free training sessions and direct one-on-one onboarding with the owner
- Offers an Enterprise edition (several clients of mine specifically needed this)

Cons:
- There is no price point for small senders (as in, send only a few emails a month or to very small groups), and there is no free tier account. They target high volume senders and enterprise customers primarily
- Campaign builder options include a WYSIWYG and a drag-and-drop builder. The builder is fun to use and emails are true to design, but there is a lack of templates right now
