No idea where to begin
No idea where to begin. Years of complaining and eventually Pioneer accept the unit is faulty. But despite the fix (they would not replace), it does not work in my jeep. Another part has now failed and the steering controls do not work. I have been into the installers (who are very good) 15 times over 3 years !! I would strongly suggest using another brand.

Worst Experience Ever!
If you buy any Pioneer equipment, you will have to live in constant fear of the equipment breaking down.
Because if it does break down - you will be sent to one of their "authorized" repairers, who will give you every excuse in the book.
My receiver has been with Pioneer Authorized repaired for over 6 months now and there is still no solution in sight! Still with the same excuses!
I am looking at legal action next!

Avoid Pioneer equipment at all costs!!!
I bought a high end AV Receiver at the end of November 2019.
It broke down at the beginning of January 2020. When I called Pioneer they told me to send the AV receiver to their independent repair center for a warranty repair.
6 weeks later and with repeated chasing all response I get it "The parts are out of stock, we do not know when they will be in stock!"
I am out of pocket and I havent had the equipment now for 50% of the time that I have owned it!
