Very helpful support on the telephone for someone who doesn't know his insulation from his thermal underwear.
Comprehensive explanation of all materials required for boiler condensate pipe insulation - best lagging, fixative, brackets.
Products appear excellent quality and very fit for purpose....although insulation offcuts are a bit uncomfortable as arm warmers alongside my thermal vest : )

Excellent product that I’ve fitted as a replacement to existing external heat exchange pump pipes. Looks a much better product than the original cheap foam version that deteriorated with weather.

Delivered on time
Delivered on time. Product not good. The thickness is only 10/11 mm and not 13 as requested. Markings on the insulation say 13 but it is not.
