Absolutely pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I ordered pip studio tea set to be delivered to UK. Its been more than 3 weeks that the parcel was in transit. I finally get to hear from dpd courier service that my parcel is being sent back to pip studio for reasons unknown to me. I emailed pip studio for a refund and they tell me that they'll refund me once they receive the parcel back. If I don't have the parcel then I deserve to be refunded, this was so petty of them.

Terrible management and customer service
Item was not delivered. No calling card left. Courier said I’d moved house when I hadn’t, then it was recorded that I’d agreed to drive 2 hours away to collect item from depot when I hadn’t, in fact I wasn’t contacted at all. Contacted HQ, was told someone would be in touch, no one did. I requested a refund and I was ignored. Eventually had to escalate to PayPal who found in my favour and 2 months later I finally got a refund. Super stressful and unpleasant experience. I’ll never buy from this company again. It’s a shame because the designs are nice.

Pip Studio Spring to Life collection no more in production
Very heplful staff. I was interested in a Pip Studio collection that was no longer produced so they gave me data from the main distributor of Pip Studio products in my country in order to be able to find the products I was searching somewhere in stock. Very immidiate and kind communication with real personal interest for my case. Thank very much. Keep going with great work.
