Blocked classes

I purchased the HTML and CSS3 course in January. Since then, I haven't been able to watch the classes or progress in the course because the first assignment I submitted is still under review. I've been sending emails for weeks requesting a review or access to my classes, but I haven't received any responses!

I felt the explanation didn't give enough examples of the functions in the second video
