Our guide was the best thing about the whole trip. Absolutely fantastic. Will never travel without a local guide again!

We didn't have a great experience. We were promised one thing and got something else. They informed us that they would pick us up, and so they did... however, they showed up and told us to take the train (fair enough). When we arrived, we realised we didn't receive what we agreed upon, neither with the show nor the food... The guide said from the beginning that it was her first time, so she didn't kno much, again, fair enough, but then i would recommend some training, since she was scared to answer any of our questions. We then got the food and it was terrible, when we told the guide, she told us to contact pissup. The show that was promised was not what we received, after several calls toward Pissup with no answer, I left a message stating that I will make a bad review if they don't call me back, and boom then they suddenly called me. When we explained it wasn't what we paid for, the lady said "why didn't you complain when you were there?" So basically the guide just threw us under the bus, and said "the guest, said they were satisfied". We told our contact person that we wanted what we paid for, then she explained she could give us a beer each, and that was all. Sadly this was a very bad experience where we felt like we're stuck between two chairs. I would sadly not recommend Pissud to anyone. The only positive thing was the two beers we received.

THIEVES- DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Currently holding back £2303 of our money for over one week now for a stag-do from hell they failed to deliver on and now the support team are not taking our calls. Several activities, although confirmed in our itinerary 6 weeks ago, were never actually booked and I was asked to book directly myself with some of the suppliers due to 'bad relations' between them and Pissup. They should be paying me to do their job!!!
THIS IS ILLEGAL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP BEFORE WE TAKE LEGAL ACTION

The trip was perfect

I booked some activities for the Saturday on our stag party weekend in Budapest. I found the booking was very straight forward and simple and the communication with Pissup after the initial booking was excellent. It was very convenient to pay a deposit first and then pay the balance on the day. The activities I booked were Go Karting, Escape rooms and the Guided bar tour and strip club. All of which were absolutely brilliant and made for a very lively and enjoyable experience. We had a Guide called Kate with us for the entire time and having her with us made the experience so much more special and fun, she had a great knowledge of the city and was so well organised, catering to all of our requests and nothing was any hassle. After reading that some of the strip clubs in the city should be avoided, it was great to be taken somewhere we all felt comfortable and safe, accompanied by our local expert.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pissup again for either a stag do or just a weekend with the lads, it really did take all the stress out of organising things to do.

I thoroughly recommend Budapest as a destination and would love to return, especially if we could make a special request to have Kate as our guide again.

We enjoyed the trip very much and really appreciated the hard work of our guide Abi who always answered any questions and arranged everything into detail.

Pissup did a great job arranging activities for our guy tour in late October in Budapest. We very especially well taken care of by our local Guide Abi. She made sure, in a nice and unformal manner, to give us great guidance and make everything happen that we asked for. Great local recommendations on behalf of our wishes.
