Do not use this garage

Do not use this garage. They have been reported to the DVLA and trading standards for charging for an MoT, failing cars that should pass, and subsequently charging customers for approximately £300 to £400 or repair costs. This is a pattern that has been experienced by a number of people in south Glasgow.

Tyres not as described

Tyres not as described. Wish I read other reviews before travelling to PitStop for these tyres.
2x255/35/18 tyres advertised as 6mm+, I was shown three tyres as I have fronts fitted as well. The one rear I didn’t see advertised as 6mm+, which I noticed when I got home only had 1/2mm left.
The other rear tyre upon fitting to my car I noticed had a side wall damage.
I requested a refund which took three days of chasing for the first tyre I mentioned, was promised £75 deposit and only received £70.
Now have been trying to get in touch again to get a refund for the side wall damage tyre and I’ve heard nothing back from Keldon.

I’m the opposite of most of you ,,I found the service top class I’m 58 so been around it’s my first experience in wales I’m English moved there ,,I got a Skoda FABIA,,they were professional,non rip off the customer service was top notch the quality of workmanship again faultless,,,I’m sorry to go against all the reviews but this is my honest experience,,,,I’ve found a garage for life ,,,i originally took it to north rd garage I was warned about these but I’m my own man ,,north road garage were a disgrace a absolute shower of human excrement,,,,,these are wonderful,,,I thank you pit stop ,,you got a customer for life

BUYER BEWARE, DEEP POCKETS NEEDED.

Bought a 320 BMW about a month ago. Since buying has needed around £2500 worth or repairs. I contacted the owner and was informed that I bought the car on a spares or repairs basis. However they also gave me 3 months warranty?? 🤦🤦
There was a number of faults including an electrical fault in the NSR light cluster, an OSR brake light bulb out, all four injectors were leaking and the spark plugs were horrendous.
I asked for a contribution towards the repairs and conveniently he has a BMW mechanic on hand........ Oh and have a guess if he ever got in contact?
The car was also advertised as having a fresh MOT but there is no way it would have passed hence he just couldn't be bothered to honour that!!
They made a million promises when selling the car like promising they would sort me out if anything was wrong. I guess they meant the bill. 🤦
As soon as Pit stop had my money they were the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Absolute waste of time.

Pitstop manukau nz you f…ing rip off…

Pitstop manukau nz you f…ing rip off ba…..s. I paid almost $360 nz dollars for a car service. Most garages adjust the hand break to a vehicle right but not this company, they charge extra to have that done. I recommend no one go to any pitstop garage in nz, they are a complete money hungry crooked company!!

Pit stop Auto parts they are the most lying people I have ever known they lied to you when you buy your parts I supposed to buy a brand new radiator for my truck it cost $178 O'Reilly has brand new ones for $200 so I called up pit stop told him I would like to have a radiator they send it to me and it was used it was damaged it was all tore up and I called them up complain tell them I was wanting to a label so I can send it back to him they refuse they said they're not taking it back so if you ever buy anything from pit stop you're a nut you're an idiot and their cahoots with Andrew's auto parts used auto parts so pit stop says they sell new stuff but they get it from Andrew's auto parts used and sell it to you for a for a brand new one all they do is screw you around maybe the government to close them down for ripping people off so the money you won't send me back you won't take the radiator back so all I have to say is take that money and shove it right up your ass

Service and MOT on healthy car came away with problems

Well overcharged for my MOT - saying everything needs repairing when it had a full service at the previous MOT and interim checks too. They left a sticky substance all over the interior of my car and all over the windscreen which was difficult to get off?? And then within a week so many things started breaking - things which have never been a problem before. My brilliant air conditioner re-gassed a year ago is having problems, my ABS too, and the engine light keeps coming on now. It's safe to say I won't be getting those repairs done here.

Waste of my got damn money!!!

Waste of my got damn money!!!! Never again I wouldn't recommend no one take they car there! They are some half a%$ mechanics. Took my scion there to get worked up cause it wouldn't crank. They said it was the fuse which should have been nomore then 50 but I paid them a hundred and some change just for me pull out and it started they same thing I thought they fix. They said well it was good when you pulled off sorry nothing they can do. Got my car towed back up there this morning and now it's the alternator smfh! They could have said that yesterday!!!! Livid!!!! Never Again!!!!!!!

Awful company policy

Bought an air filter from them, ad states it fits my car, but it turns out to be a half inch smaller then the OEM. They will refund me the part if I mail it back, but not postage. $10 for the part, $20 to mail it back trackable. Get a refund of $10 and be out $20 for postage and still not have the right part. Sounds like a loss /loss deal for me. The right part is not something they carry. What an awful company, if you can't supply the right part, then don't say you do!! Update.. They finally refunded my money(Thank you), but still do not carry the correct part. By the way, Rock Auto supplied the correct part in days of ordering it. Another UPDATE: Several e-mails later asking me to consider their offer,What offer? They can't do anything for me!!! Pitstop Auto is now harassing me over e-mail through amazon. My opinion of an awful company can not be changed, wish I never had business with them! NEVER again!! Save yourself time and money and stay away from this company.

I'm very disappointed in this company

I'm very disappointed in this company. I had been waiting for almost 2 months for an AC Compressor (sku co 29297c) for my 2016 Ford Mustang because I was quoted $144 for the part. During those 2 months, everytime I called the date the parts were supposed to come in would be different. They would tell me the parts will be in on the 7th. I'd call on the 7th and then they would say they will be in on the 20th. SMH. So I called today because I told the part would be in on the 14th, but it takes 2 weeks to inventory them. I was willing to wait because of the awesome price I was quoted, the gentleman who answered the phone told me that the part came in on the 20th so it still wasn't in SMH and.....because of some tariff the price had increase to $242 ??????? I never write comments or reviews but I was so upset that I felt that you guys should know.

I have the worst experience with pit …

I have the worst experience with pit stop I bought a AC Compressor and it locked I contacted the company and I told them at that point I was given a check list for my mechanic and I even had the mechanic contact them I was sent a return label because I disposed of the box and that's were the label was my email address were the label was sent is linked to my account were the label would be printed from I would imagine that the logical thing is looking up account right well I was told that I must have mixed up Compressor because I had sent back the original compressor I are you did with them I'm like I have the invoice why would I send you all back a compressor that wasn't yours and I was told man no worries we will send you back the compressor and when you send ours you will be refunded for the product we sent u I waited for a month and I call back because I still haven't received my order I was told by the representative ma'am stating first and last name and address you have already received the product I asked for tracking number and was told we sent that to you the Las we spoke I was shocked the way she was talking I ask to speak with supervisor and I was told my part was in another state in someone else's house they sent my part to the wrong address and I was mad but to make things worst now I am being told that I didn't order the part from them I was just livid I was told them we will have the part sent to you I am like it's been month in someone else's house and I didn't know how to respond what could I do I went to the bank and got my invoice and they were right I didn't order that part from them but I did order around the same time so I waited for part a month and half later still no part I asked for pitstop the $86. Because now I can't return to much time has passed if I would have got it back when I was told it was sent I could have gotten my money I would think that the first step would be look at account Not only that the main supervisor disregarded the fact that I am a single mother of five and I was hung up on the last phone call I never cursed Never wanted anything else but answers and a resolution which would be $86 I did make a mistake but I did give name adress car part phone number and never was told till all this time and now I am not only out the money for parts but the time I was on the phone with them and still nothing. I believe I stated I didn't purchase item but I made a mistake but why would you send a return label and continue to speak with me about this purchase and the whole time never look at my account and we're and why has it been 21/2 months and I still haven't received my parts now to much time has passed come on really
