Worst shop ever

I have order here two products for my hair…in their website they state that it will come from 1 to 3 days - which is a lie because not only did I not receive a shipping confirmation nor an email to say that will be delayed.

So me as a buyer I should ask them and tell them please?! Excuse me but I paid for it. They took the money fast but why they don’t ship with the same speed?!

They responded to my email saying that only one product they have and they want to ship only that.

Then why you have that product online when you don’t have it in stock?

And for what use I should have for a developer without the color?

I then told her to cancel the whole order, and open a case with my bank and took a refund.
Totally unacceptable behavior never again.
