Terrible ordering system

Terrible ordering system, no mention of size on Wolt or app, ordered individual pizza and fries, pizza was tiny, 6”, took an hour from order to door, less than 30 small, dry cold fries. Called a d they said it was a busy period! Never again.

5 Stars for Food, 1 Star for Everything Else!

Lad mig begynde med at sige, at jeg har været en trofast fan af Pizza Hut i mange år, og efter at have ventet længe på jeres tilbagevenden til Danmark, er jeg begejstret for endelig at kunne nyde jeres mad igen – den er lige så god, som jeg husker den! Jeg må dog udtrykke min store frustration over kundeservicen og leveringsoplevelsen, som uden tvivl var den værste, jeg nogensinde har oplevet.

For det første er jeres app utrolig forvirrende og fyldt med fejl, hvilket gør bestillingsprocessen til en pine. Jeg ringede til Pizza Hut på Falkoner Alle i København for at spørge om min ordre, men personen i telefonen talte ikke dansk, kun engelsk – og selv deres engelsk var så utydeligt og stærkt accentpræget, at jeg næsten ikke kunne forstå dem. Kommunikationen var en komplet katastrofe, og selvom de lovede at sende mig en besked med information, fulgte de aldrig op på det.

Maden er fantastisk, men kundeservicen er så elendig, at jeg ville give dem 0 stjerner, hvis det var muligt. Da det ikke er en mulighed, giver jeg modvilligt 1 stjerne. Pizza Hut, vær venlig at tage hånd om disse problemer – jeg ønsker at blive ved med at elske jeres mad, men dette serviceniveau er uacceptabelt.

Bare lige en advarsel: Hvis du bestiller fra Pizza Hut gennem Wolt, så gør dig klar til et ekstra lag kaos, der vil gøre dig helt vildt frustreret. Det virker, som om begge virksomheder kun ansætter folk, der har svært ved at kommunikere på både dansk og engelsk. Spar dig selv for hovedpinen og hold dig langt væk fra denne katastrofale kombination for enhver pris!

Let me start by saying I’m a longtime fan of Pizza Hut, and after years of waiting for your return to Denmark, I’m thrilled to enjoy your food again—it’s just as good as I remember! However, I must express my deep frustration with the customer support and delivery experience, which were, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever encountered.

First, your app is incredibly confusing and full of glitches, making the ordering process a headache. I called the Pizza Hut at Falkoner Alle in Copenhagen to ask about my order, but the person on the phone didn’t speak Danish, only English—and even then, their English was so unclear and heavily accented that I could barely understand them. Communication was a complete disaster, and though they promised to send me a text with information, they never followed through.

The food is fantastic, but the customer support is so abysmal that I’d rate them a 0 if I could. Since that’s not an option, I’ll reluctantly give them 1 star. Pizza Hut, please address these issues—I want to keep loving your food, but this level of service is unacceptable.

Heads up: if you order from Pizza Hut through Wolt, prepare for an extra layer of chaos that will leave you incredibly frustrated. It seems both companies only employ people who struggle to communicate in either Danish or English. Save yourself the headache and avoid this disastrous pairing at all costs!
