This used to be one of the best places to get pizza in Southend consistently delicious and somewhere I genuinely enjoyed ordering from. Sadly, the service and quality have declined significantly.

Over the past few months, my orders have been wrong multiple times. On one occasion, they added jalapeños to a pizza when I hadn’t requested them. My sister is allergic, and thankfully I noticed before she ate any of it. They did remake the pizza, but that situation could have been very serious.
Today was the final straw. I ordered a 19-inch pizza but was sent a 15-inch instead. When I called, they offered to send a 10-inch pizza to “make up” the difference, which doesn’t equate in size or value a 19-inch pizza is significantly larger overall. After further discussion, they took the original back and reluctantly made a 19-inch as ordered. However, when it arrived, it was clearly rushed and undercooked. After eating some of it, I felt unwell and ended up Vomiting.
When I called to request either a refund or a replacement due to the quality, I was told they do not offer refunds.

I’m genuinely disappointed because this used to be one of my favourite pizza places in Southend. The repeated mistakes, poor quality control, and lack of customer service have made it somewhere I can no longer recommend. Please double-check your order carefully if you decide to order from here.

Excellent pizzas and never had an issue with food,plus there any size pizza anytime is probably the cheapest in Southend,keep up the good work peeps :)
