Great, helpful staff at the show. Delivered as advised. Great product.

We placed our order at the NEC show where the staff were friendly, professional and informative, and all items arrived ahead of their estimated delivery dates - great service!

For me a true measure of service is when things go wrong and how a business reacts. I had a problem with some outdoor chairs that were supplied by PJ Outdoors, these had already been replaced once but when I explained this issue to Donna at their stand at the Motorhome Show she told me to chose an alternative manufacturer and then arranged replacements that were delivered the week after the show! Excellent service!!

There was a wide selection of items available for sale, well laid out and at a great price. When I couldn’t find what I wanted the assistant went to get it straight away. Very happy customer!

Prompt delivery, friendly and helpful service.

Prompt delivery and kept well up to date with delivery schedule. Plastic footprint bag was ripped in two places, one rip being quite large. I put that down to the footprint being the last one you had in stock. Without unfurling it, the footprint looks it'll be undamaged.

A very nice store, laid out well. The gas bottles are very good value. Lots of specialist camping materials and tools.

My recent experience with PJ Outdoors went very well indeed. I am a regular customer and always find the staff friendly and helpful. I recently ordered 2 Outwell chairs and was told they would be there in about a week - they were there in a few days. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with PJ Outdoors recently. I ordered quite a large tent for the August school holidays and not only did I get a good price for it, delivery was speedy and efficient. When I realised the tent didn’t come with a ground sheet - happy with the service I’d received - I contacted PJ outdoors to see if they had the ground sheet I was after. They phoned around the other stores and even contacted the rep to try and get it for me. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere for the groundsheet, but such great customer service! Thank you PJ Outdoors we had a great camping holiday in our new tent!

I had an excellent experience with this company. I had problems ordering on their website and called a number of times and they helped me and also gave me the information l needed.
On delivery the lad helped me connected my gas cylinder bottle he delivered to my new portable heater. He went above and beyond what was expected and l would recommend this company to anyone. Thankyou for the great experience.
