The website stated 7-10 days and it was right on time. I ordered knowing it was possible that it may not make it on time considering it's coming from another country. It did make it on time and the item is very cute. I was getting antsy with the tracking process, I just wish it was a bit cleaner and less steps. I did reach out to them and they responded back willing to help if they could. Item was made with lightweight and decently soft fleece and nice colors.

Ordered an item on 12/8 for Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive until 12/28. They didn’t indicate that the item was coming from overseas at the time of placing my order. Otherwise I would not have ordered it.

The suit I bought was very good quality but unfortunately it's a bit tight so I wanted to either return it or exchange for a larger size.

Even though the item was shipped to me from New York they told me I need to ship the item back to their factory in China, which costs about $70. Their solution was to tell me to just order another one (they gave me a coupon for free shipping) and give the original to someone else. I'm definitely not giving them any more of my money.

So they can advertise that they have a return/exchange policy but it's so cost prohibitive that it might as well be "all sales are final".

The company sent me a size larger than I ordered because the size I ordered was out of stock (per email from their customer service). They want me to ship the product to China at a cost of roughly $40 for a $51 item in order to get a refund.

Can't get a human on the phone at PayPal and they denied my dispute because I didn't ship the product back. Pjsbuy won't send me a prepaid shipping label. Will be closing my PayPal account as soon as I get this resolved or give up.

On hold with my credit card company now to see if they will do anything about it.

Even though I was sent the wrong color, PJSbuy has offered to replace the blue Stitch costume for the pink Stitch costume I originally ordered at no additional cost. This great service and will continue to order from this Company.

November 13 still no package pjsbuy is a scam if I don't receive my package I am suing

I purchased a spider man suit for my boy on June 5th. He liked it very much after receiving it. He still wears it for a few hours at home every day. Now the delivery time of many online shopping is significantly delayed. Fortunately, I received my goods on time on this website.
