Thank you for your rating. As mentioned on our webshop, the pieces of foil are cut from a large roll. This means that it is custom work. For this reason, we offer test samples so that you can view and test the film first. This means that the cut-to-size pieces cannot be returned.

Ik heb uw e-mails erbij gepakt en zie inderdaad dat u de foto's heeft opgestuurd. Onze oprechte excuses dat u hier geen reactie op heeft ontvangen! Dit is niet onze normale werkwijze, normaliter wordt een e-mail binnen 24 uur beantwoord. Ik heb de foto's beoordeeld en het klopt dat er een fabrieksfout in het folie zit. Alleen u heeft het folie al op het raam aangebracht en op dat moment vervalt de garantie zoals staat beschreven in onze voorwaarden. Omdat u er voor heeft gekozen om het folie -met fouten- aan te brengen en niet te wachten op onze oplossing, moet ik u helaas mededelen dat wij u niet verder van dienst kunnen zijn.

I was please with the speed of delivery. Negative was that one of the four sticky back plastic sheets that I ordered was not very sticky at all compared the the other three. It had different backing and although the pattern and print was of good quality the paper itself was not.
