Paid £5 via Paypal, the credit shows up on the website but when I phone, it says I have no credit. I emailed them and they fixed the problem: I had had an account before with the same number and their system recognized it as the old account with no credit.

We use Planet Telecom for our VOIP phones and broadband. Jonny was great from start to finish, helping us where needed along the way. I would certainly reccomend.

When I saw the email and was able to be logged in so quickly I was so relieved....I applied credit to my account with the quick response from Jessica.

Actually, very shortly after I posted the review below, a woman (Jessica I think she said her name was?) called me and sorted out my issue and I've been able to get through to Ireland with the 'fix' she set up. Thank you - I'm happy to amend my review to 5* based on this prompt and responsive customer service!

Have others has problems connecting to Planet Telecom?
I can't make a call to Ireland via the access number. I called Customer Service and the guy, although friendly, is unable to help me except to suggest I'm dialing incorrectly which is not the case! On the last call he just wished me well and left me with the problem!
Have others had issues?

We have received excellent service from Planet Telecom and would highly recommend them. Jonny, Jenny and the wider team are always friendly, helpful and quick to resolve any issues.

As a small business, it is particularly reassuring to be able to pick up the phone and speak directly to a real person when we need support. We have also found the introduction of the Cisco desk phones, alongside the mobile app, extremely beneficial.

DOES NOT WORK. I signed up for an account and added some money. I called a bog standard Johannesburg dialling code which are not premium rate number but it didn't work. I called their help line but they just insisted it must be a premium number. As a South African, I am 100% certain it is not. Poinless service. Now awaiting a refund.

Your reply is incorrect. The number is a geographical number. Yes it is a business but an 011 number is a Johannesburg geographical number. Spin what ever way you like, your service is not fit for purpose.

Having lived in Johannesburg for 26 years I beleive I have some knowledge of how South African phone numbers work.

Our internet had gone down over the weekend, intermittently in and out. I contacted planet telecom and was instantly called back from Jonny. He not only has sorted all of our internet issues, he has gone above and beyond keeping me informed of all works carried out. He has even contacted me today to make sure that our internet is working correctly going into the weekend. Big thank you to Jonny 🙏

Really impressed with their service. They answered my call very quickly and their operator (Lewis) was very helpful

I deposited £5 with Planet Telecom and received the confirmation from PayPal. However, twice I've tried to make a call (UK to USA) and each time I get a recording saying I have NO credit and the line disconnects!
UPDATE: I have since spoken with Planet Telecom and they immediately corrected the problem and also gave me a little top-up for my trouble. I am now one very happy customer!

Planet Telecom have been fantastic for our business. They helped move a number of sites away from BT for phone line and broadband, which all went smoothly. Great customer service as well.
Would highly recommend.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Saved my business from a terrible phone system that was not doing what we were promised! Callam was not pushy at all, he actually listened and went away to see if he can help, 24hrs later i was brought out of horrid agreement and brand new system with ai technology was installed, my staff absolutely love it (so user friendly) and the ongoing support from Planet has been second to none. Highly recommended 👌🏻

The product didnt work for me . I Asked for a refund.

They said they refunded and it would taks 3-5 days untill the fund went back to my card.

2 weeks later I had to ask for a refund again.

This is when they started the refund process.

They tried to keep my money hoping I wouldn't check my bank balance and foget.

I do not trust this company if they are willing to try to scam my £5.00 refund.

Callam and his team are brilliant, they have been a fantastic addition to our growing network and our partnership grows from strength to strength.
