First Class Customer Service

Made an enquiry late Sunday evening using their online contact form for Easi Fill Wall Baskets. To my surprise, I had a response within an hour to my query from Kim, the Director. Kim also said that as Plantopia are wholesalers, she would come back to me with a list of suppliers for the product I wanted, which she did 10 minutes later.
I just wish I had a large enough garden to buy hundreds of the product from them. Judging by their first class customer service, their products must be first class too.
