Smartbox - nice service
Booked a table, and wrote we had a Smartbox voucher to use.
Came to the restaurant, and was told that their concept had changed, so we couldn't get the food that stood on Smartbox homepage. We had to pay extra, to get one of the fixed menus.
We were not that hungry, so I told the waiter, that I would expect to get, what is written on the Smartbox homepage.
The very nice and understanding waiter, took the arguments to the owner twice, and we ended up getting what we had expected from the start.
So I can only say, that that was very good service, and the nicested waiter, we have had for a very long time.
