If you want to play Raid Shadow legends on a pc forget it. I have been playing via fb on my pc and no problems at all for over a year. They are now leaving facebook, and made us download their launcher. Since then, the lag is so severe the game is unplayable. No help from customer support.

If you put in a promo code and it doesn't work do not expect Plarium Players Support to do anything about especially for Raid Crap Legends. I put in GETUDK back in April did not get me reward and Plarium repeatedly lied telling me I did not put in the promo code GETUDK during an active period. Do not expect Plarium Players Support to care about you they do not and will not care about you. They only want you to fill their pockets with money but disrespect you.

There is no Customer Service for this company. This is TRUE. I got banned for spamming. I DID NOT SPAM a single customer, client, or whoever. They now blame the user for not been able to get into the new version of Plarium Play 8.4.0 (as of 21AP2023). Moved to Cloudflare servers in Kansas. They ask for the user OS info and blame the user for not being able to access the game. They want your data, your VPN. They want you to do their JOBS. They employees in Ukraine and Poland are artists and designers. US are old designers and engineers. Israel is their data collection center for their shareholders.

That live arena sucks balls, like I said many times before! Every time I go in there, it is locking up at 2 or 3 times. If you can't make it run any better than that? Raid shadow legends is a great game. Plarium however is trash, there is zero customer support. Absolutely no understanding of customer worth. Nothing gets fixed or updated,just new content that cost more money

This last fusion for Gnut is such BS. Force a champion chase with a crazy amount of points on top of putting a summoning event right before it. They get you invested then screw you and it feels like if you don't pay more and finish fusion you wasted all time and money already invested. Fusion done I never paying for another thing on Raid. They don't care about players. They just want to pin players against each other and force you to spend. Sick of them honestly.

i've been playing throne: kingdom at war for years now, but the general feeling is that actually plarium doesnt care anything about that game, and the players are treated just like suckers. middle of a big event since yesterday, the so called ovo (order vs order), the maximum personal checkpoint was a certain number of points to score. i go sleep, come back to the game and i see the personal checkpoints has been increased of almost 3 times bigger the scoring without notifying the players a thing, which means bigger spending to achieve that, unless you're one of those players who play with the wallet fully open for every event, there's no chance of achieving that. but the lack of communication? we players are not even worthy being told you're going to make such a big change?? makes one wonder why bother really, i'm sure there's plenty of game where players are actually treated with respect.

Plarium and Aristocrats is simply destroying gaming as we know it. Would like to see the game prices in ten years. Maybe a blue shard is 200£. And every mobile cost at least 1000£ to start playing. What a beautiful thing to put into this already greedy world.

The game stopped working after spending hundreds of dollars in only a couple of months to try to get caught up with the others in the game. It would no long launch. After over a month of almost impossible conversations with the support group(impossible to get touch with them if you cannot get on with your password). It took weeks of slow or nothing back from them and me trouble shooting everything possible giving them every bit of information about my computer witch is Apple MacBook Air with OS. they finally said my computer is no longer able to run the game. They said since I had been off for a month they could not repay any money and that the money had been used. Good to know since their revenue was over $363
million. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!!!!

I can't be completely honest without cursing. Game could be an amazing game. It once was but now it's like they don't want your controls to work right. They come up with some ideas. Not great ones but they MAKE YOU UPDATE. After that update. You can't keep connection and nothing works right. It takes them weeks to get it halfway decent again and then 3 or 4 days later another mandatory update. Just to not work right again. You ever heard if it's not broke, don't fix it. Plarium must not have heard that growing up. They constantly break what was fixed

The game itself is really fun to play and it does not get boring. The game maps are also good and detailed. The help center is really amazing and effective I lost my acount and I did not save the progress but they still managed to recover it. Plarium is amazing.

I played Storm fall for 13years both on face book and Plarium's website. I recently lost my email password that was linked which was a ymail address. I asked for help from Plarium Support so i could continue to play. Their response to me was to verfiy payment History for Sapphires which i never ever bought from the game so how can i produce something that doesnt exist. They only want to help their paying Member's .... what crap is that absoultey no customer service at all . I attempted to contact them 3 times on this as i did not want to stop playing the game and they closed the case on me and said Final response. Wow

My experience was quite fascinating and overall great for what it was worth as I myself am quite picky in terms of games and companies like Plarium but after playing RAID, I rediscovered a old passion of mine: GRINDING for hours to get to that sweet goal, I needed something to pass the time and due to there being multiple options/dungeons to go through, It made every battle amusing

Pay to win at it finest! The most expensive game I have ever played! Don't buy s... on this game! Just not worth it! They give you fusion for "free champion's" Free what????? Look and try to do a fusion without money, just try! They are so greedy i never seen such a company(excluding EA)!

For the one who want to give it a try i just say to you DON'T!

Game play is hampered by continuous lag and latency issues on plariums servers side, the games are riddled with bugs and many that continue to exist after years, the benefits and rewards for missions and events are continually lessened if not removed entirely and without notice while prices only continue to increase, there is zero customer/player support and plarium has adopted a strictly anti customer/player policy and refuses to fix or change anything or to accept any responsibility

You folks should make a zero star review available for assessment of business ethics.

They have the most amazing game which they completely destroy the fun out of with pure human greed don’t even waste your time when you gotta spend 500 a month just to stay even slightly competitive it’s a joke how bad they rip you off and give you such meek rewards in return

The worst gaming company to ever exist!! They have no costumer service, no support, they patronize anyone that calls them out on there I'll deeds they should of been fined out of existence long ago for the acts they committed!!!

Games rigged. Some shady sh#t going on with Plarium.
