I've been playing Throne kingdom for quite a few years. It used to be an enjoyable game to play but it is now just a money-grabbing machine. I suspect that many of the big players are employees of the... See more

I have been playing Sparta

I have been playing Sparta, a Plarium game for six years, but it is dying, they have no new people joining, they refuse to merge the multiple servers into one, they claim it is impossible, it is heavily weighted towards people who pay money to play even though it is marketed as Free to Play. They refuse to even consider publicising the games on Microsoft store to get new players. They do not listen to their members, or if they are listening they want to turn their hearing aids on..

I have been playing this game for a…

I have been playing this game for a year now. I am pissed because out of the blue the game erased my special ops person. I wrote customer support 3 times and no response. Do not spend any money on this rip off.

AVOID this company and the games they make!

Played their game Stormfall on mobile for 6 years, and suddenly now i cannot login anymore. Customer service does not helped with this issue. So after i spent a lot on the game, cannot play anymore. Never invest a cent to play any of their games, they don't care about you!

Bad customer support and fishy algorithms.

A company with terrible customer support, disrespect to all their customers, game algorithms in the grey zone. Their owner company Aristocrat Leisure from Australia already had to settle a $155 million lawsuit in the USA (simply google it) for illegal online gambling algorithms and once you start to play Plarium games you will realize that the same type of algorithms is used to spend more money and get less in return. Parents, be aware of the way they run their business and keep your kids away from a credit card when playing their games.

Throne:Kingdom at War

Throne:Kingdom at War. This game has major bugs in it and the support team will only blame you for any issues. Do not waste your time or money, there are better free options out there. They also constantly hit you up with ways to get you to spend money.

RAid:Shadow Legends.

RAid:Shadow Legends.
Graphically beautiful to watch. It has amazing textures to it.
Game play, quite rich and varied across all the sections of the game.
Game Play: follow the leader. build all your guys up, so you can trade them for the companies guys. You will never match their preset Heros. so you just need to upgrade and change your loved ones for theirs.
Let us build our own heros. I don't want a game to dictate that I destroy all my hard earned work to get one of theirs. It could cost you 44 heros to get one of theirs.
Real money: this game has the potential to be a real money pit for those who may be addicted to gaming. or have that type of personality. it wants real $$$$ and lots of it to entice you to spend more. Multiple hassle screens every day.
Using your earned silver: this is ridiculous!!! it costs you up to 200000 to remove advanced equipment from 1 character? This is nonsense and should be free!!!
Item earned: the game has 4 major levels in the dungeon game. But it does not matter if its easy or Diabolic, you will get the same common junk, just as often as you did when you did the easy level!!!!
Shards when winning in the dungeon: You will always get the green normal shard. Not the better ones. No matter what level you are.
Working through their game demands: these can be ridiculous. They ask you to update a couple of items to level 16. This can cost you 2 million silver!!!! easily spent half that getting level 12!!! The cost and possibility of upgrades does not improve with the quality of the item either.

I'm on the 3rd Dungeon level after about 5 weeks. I have about 40 Hero's in various stages of 50/40 the level. The game has teh potential to be great. But the money grab will always pull my reviews down. I come from the generation in the 80's who spent £30 for their game, and got all the bells and whistles. And we though that was expensive. But here you can pay $100 and it will be gone in less than 1 hr.

Enjoy it while it does not cost you anything. But note that there are not that many players enjoying this if I can get to 30th place and win awards from the tasks!!

Awful greedy company

Awful greedy company. The more you spend, the worse deals they offer. They patch the game and take rewards away from players and ignore their fan base. They are tearing clans apart by limiting the access to rewards that make it impossible for all players to have a chance at prizes. They are owned by a casino company and it shows. Please DO NOT support this company!

Liars

Liars, thiefs, and crooks, ive spent thousands in this game, gimmie my money back, you threatened to ban my dads account for something he didnt do over a player who was barely over 1 billion influence ... which cost nothing literally to achieve, my dad on the other hand has an influence over 1 trillion which cost thousands and thousands of dollars and you have the nerve to defend a player who has only played barely 2 weeks and has spent 20 bucks ...
After years of spending so much money on all your buIIshlT scam game updates and money loop holes ive had it! I will never play vikings ever again and i encourage everyone to boycot this obomination to our finicial freedom from fraud and deceit!

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I WILL HAPPILY PROVE HOW MUCH PIECES OF ROTTEN TRASH YOUR ENTERPRISE REALLY IS! I HAVE PROOF TO SUPPORT MY CLAIMS !

Plarium banned my Personal account without reasons

I had a Raid Shadow Legends account which I have been playing for sometimes. Through this period I have spent hundreds to thousands of dollars upgrading it. One day out of nowhere my account was banned by Plarium without giving me any reasons or opportunity to answer any questions. I have written to their customer support to enquire but they never replied with a reason why they do so, neither did they provide any evidence showing any wrongdoing which I have committed. I have written a few more emails but all were not replied. This is really uncalled for. A game account is something we have spent tons of hours building with lots of money invested. If they have evidence to proof that I have broken the rules which warrant the ban I would have accepted it. But they were doing thing so sneakily and refused to explain to any questions which I have raised this is something really uncalled for. And it's daylight robbery to take away someone's property without even a simple explanation to proof provided. I have very bad experience with this company and I hope everyone knows their sneaky moves and avoid their games at all costs.

What a joke this company is

What a joke this company is. I lost my account access because I tried to link my Facebook account to Raid. That was a mistake. It permanently deleted my account because I didn’t have a Plarium ID. Seriously? So I go to customer support and start a ticket, I’m told they will be glad to help me get my Account back. I provide the requested information and reply to the email. Crickets. Never emailed me again. So opened another ticket. Same thing. So I opened a 3rd then a 4th and nothing changed. I’d get to the part where they need my email address that wasn’t used in the game previously and then I would send it to them and I would never hear anything else. Bunch of stupid communists.
