Advisor (Tudor) lied numerous times about why my withdrawal was held. First stated that a limit of £2000 needs to be exceeded in terms of withdrawals or deposits before they ask for documentation, now on a £28 withdrawal they need to verify my means of wealth. They need pictures of my bank card pictures of bills pictures of the inside of my PayPal account. None of this is required when signing up or depositing which is handy for them. In my 16 years of working in the gaming industry this has to probably be one of the worst casinos I’ve ever dealt with. They’re unbelievably petty. Avoid. At. All. Costs. Withdrawal was almost 2 weeks ago and still no money.

After reading all the horror reviews I thought surely this company can't be that bad. But all my concerns were spot on.
Holding on to my withdrawal of £3200 and as with other people asking for a rediculous amount of documents that they will find any excuse to reject and customer support is shocking and keep saying they will get someone to look at it. They also tried to tell me I wasn't entitled to my win as I had wagered enough money with them!!!!! Please stay away from this casino. and the amount of other bad reviews I can’t believe they’re still trading. I will definitely be taking this up with the AML compliance team along with the British gaming Association. After wagering more money still said I hadn't met there terms and conditions to withdraw. Are you not allowed to win here? Thieves these guys. They reversed my withdrawal and just to meet there wagering requirements (not bonus money I know to stay away from bonus money) I lost it all. Hate this company should not be trading

So far so good one thing I've never experienced before is your proof of income and where it comes from that's very personal and you have to send it over which I don't understand most sights just ask for verification..

I fell for one of this dreadful company’s Facebook ads and was scammed of £10. Apparently you don’t actually get a matched deposit, instead you get pretend “bonus” money, only withdrawable if you deposit something like 50k. Customer service is even worse, just send out a generic read the small print email. Hopefully the gambling ombudsman will shut down crooked sites like this one. Would give -1 star if I could. AVOID!!!

Live chat is not there. Everytime you try to contact you are first in que but no answer for 30 minutes.

PlatinCasino flagged my previous review to try and keep their rating in the green, or at least that's what I'm to believe.

I had a very negative experience with this website. I had written a very thorough explanation of my issues with them but they flagged the review and due to trustpilot's system it's automatically removed.
I won't simply copy and paste my review but I'll just go on to say that I provided everything possible for them in regards to verifying my source of wealth but ultimately they are the ones that decide whether or not it is sufficient.
They withheld funds from me for a very long time and it was rather difficult trying to get them back.

I regret joining this site as it has caused my nothing but grief.
