Being a bigger girl its hard to find a bra that fits well and looks good.
One of the bras i recieved was faulty so i sent email and photos and was sent a replacement within days. So hastle free and didnt have to send the faulty bra back. I am now a loyal customer and will return and spread the word.

I think the quality of the stuff is good and I appreciate that they have original designs. I was disappointed however that my order that they charged me $15 shipping for will not be here in time for V day as promised. It will be 4 days late. They also discounted all the stuff I bought hours after my purchase and when I contacted customer service for a price adjustment no one even responded. Disappointing for a returning customer.

Actually fits my 34DDD true to size without the cups being too small and having the girls spill over them! Too many other companies tell you to size up the band..... (ok, now the band is too loose, the front gusset is hanging off in space and the side wires are half-way up my boobs...) Very glad this company does things the right way. Will be buying more.

Always an easy processe shopping with Playful Promises. Product quality always feels great. Shopping for my wife as a Valentin gift so can't tell you about the fit yet. Playful points is an added bonus

Selection, quality, shipping, and packaging were all great. I was a little nervous about buying from a company unknown to me, but I'm very pleased.

I made two purchases within hours of each other. One was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly with two pieces I ordered. I still have not received an update on order 2 (PP111440). I emailed the company last night when I realized I have not received or heard anything from that order. Previously they emailed me promptly and there is no other way to get ahold of the company. I bought items for a romantic getaway and I'm concerned now I won't get my full order in time. Kind of discouraged that both items weren't sent together (especially when I emailed the company and asked if they could send them together). Fingers crossed the products I DO have fit and look great and will suffice but disappointed I may not have everything when I ordered the same day.

The sizing runs big

The quality of the lingerie is great! The customer service, albeit a bit slow (it is a relatively small company), is outstanding as well. They definitely want to do right by their customers! Would definitely recommend!

Easy to deal with and quick delivery.
However, one item doesn’t fit and you don’t offer an exchange service, so I have to return the item then order a different size. This means I will lose the 15% discount I had on the original order and incur another delivery charge.
