Awful company! Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve been on a webchat with DavidK for over an hour and they haven’t responded. I actually won a little bit of money and they are refusing to pay out. Avoid at all costs.

I signed up to PlayOJO because they advertise welcome free spins with no wagering requirements and winnings paid as real cash.

I deposited £10, received my free spins and won £2.05. I then requested to withdraw my £12.05 balance.

Two days later, PlayOJO cancelled my withdrawal and removed the entire £2.05 in winnings, leaving only my original deposit.

When I contacted support, they confirmed that the operator had deliberately removed my winnings because I hadn't participated in real-money gameplay.

This is where I have a serious problem.

**How can you advertise winnings as having no wagering requirements, then confiscate them because a customer hasn't wagered their own money?**

The withdrawal process itself is also concerning.

Before withdrawing, I was shown a prominent warning telling me I needed to participate in real-money gameplay. It even stated that if this happened *again*, it could affect my eligibility for future promotions. Yet my winnings were removed on this occasion anyway.

I was then presented with another warning emphasising that withdrawals cannot be cancelled and that the money would no longer be available for gambling. The large green button encouraged me to **KEEP PLAYING**, while the option to confirm my withdrawal was a much less prominent text link.

When I subsequently attempted to withdraw just my original £10 deposit, I encountered the same promotional warning, followed by further messaging asking for backup banking details and warning of delays if the withdrawal failed.

As a customer, I find this withdrawal experience unnecessarily discouraging. Withdrawing your money should be a straightforward, positive action, not something surrounded by warnings encouraging you to keep gambling.

I've submitted a formal complaint and am awaiting their response.

**This isn't about £2.05. It's about transparency, fair treatment and honouring the expectations created by your advertising.**

If your promotions require customers to risk their deposited funds before withdrawing winnings, make that absolutely clear upfront. Don't advertise no-wagering cash winnings and then remove them when someone attempts to withdraw.

Very disappointing, particularly from a UK-regulated gambling operator.

I signed up via a bonus reward offer 24th October 2026 quite late in the evening. I spent a few moments ensuring my account details were all completed. Logged off. Comes to this morning i open an email from ojo explaining Management restriction due to bonus fraud behaviour?
Really?? as a brand new customer I feel conned, shamed and disrespected for following their own bonus and rewards offers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PlayOjo and would encourage people not to sign up. Ojo have not explained this action but have started the process to close my account.

Never really had an issue with this site until recently. Their payouts were writhing the time frame mentioned on their site, and got my winnings writhing an hour to three. These past couple days, they have truly been taking their time. They keep the pending button next to the reverse button. It’s like they are becoming like the other sites that hang on to it waiting for you to play it back. It’s been very disappointing. Stake Casino, Tonybet, and Jackpot city have been good with their withdrawal process. Very sad to leave this Playojo, but they are pushing me in that direction.

Won a large amount last night. But can not seem to withdraw. I have one amounts before and withdraw is fairly quick. However this amount exceeds the withdraw limitation and I can not seem to find out how to receive the funds all at once and not having to wait over 24 hours for just one maximum withdraw when I will have to do that five times.

I am absolutely frustrated with this site. Love the variety of games, hate the fact that as a VIP member, when you have a concern and contact them, you DO NOT get VIP treatment. They just don't respond 90% of the time.

The biggest issue is the amount of time it takes to get your money. Lately, at least 12 hours or more! When you make a deposit it is instantaneous. Why should you have to wait 24 hours for your money when you request a withdrawal??? It is ridiculous.

As soon as my deposit is processed ; (KYC) restriction was placed on my account.
Wish i knew about the restriction before i made the deposit.
Anyway ; Documents shared with support team , once they unlock my account i will be able to write my review here.

Stay very far away from this casino as it’s one of the most dodgy sites I’ve ever used. My experience has shown that their site will crash every single time you get a bonus and in a few instances I suspect they’re actually changing the outcome. It’s very very suspicious that it’s happened every single time, I get if it happens once ever now and then but every time tells me they’re actually going against the programming of the developers to effectively reduce payouts and rtp.

It's a case of being rather taken aback that biometric data would be required in order to play. Sadly the deposit was put in before I was aware of this. I'm hoping they can offer an alternative method of verifying myself, Or at least return my deposit. I'll report back with news. I hope to be able to try the site out, but biometric ID is not something I feel is safe to give out.

scammed by book of dead freespins. first i didnt recieve them so i had to contact support, and when i did recieve them and won 35 dollars from them, the money and all the history of the freespins vanished from my account as soon as they were done so i had litteraly no proof and couldnt get the money. holy shit thats scummy :Di dont really care about the money but the way it just disappeared is weird.
