costumer service and return

I have called costumer service about the return process and operator dropped the phone in the middle of conversation. And i still didn’t get my money back for the returned item. It is already almost 2 weeks left

Order randomly cancelled

I ordered a smartwatch from them, after few days of confirmations and waiting they randomly cancelled the order. Never order from them.

Didn't get item or replay. Edit: package was delivered.

I ordered on 17.12.2024., now its been almost a month and no answer from them, didn't get replay from my emails. Will ask for refund and pray I didn't get scammed. Very unprofessional...

Regarding

Yesterday (15 Jan 2025). Shipping was delivered and picked up. Everything was good with packing and item. Delivery service as usual, it can be better service.

Anyhow, I understand that it was Christmas time and everything was delayed. But on the page they said "ready to dispatch", "delivery time 1-2 days".
Why it took almost one month? Why they didn't replied on my email? Why you can't reach them on phone? Why there is no shipping information?

At least item was delivered, my experience isn't for 1 star and for sure isn't for 5 stars.
Suit it for your self.
