Plein sold an item to a customer
Plein sold an item to a customer, but by mistake the factuur came to me. Plein said the problem was with Riverty and I should contact them.
Plein would not sort this out themselves despite being the retailer and insisted I sort it when it had nothing to do with me.
To avoid bailiffs knocking on the door I had to ring around to sort out their mess.

Maybe the price was cheaper, but at the end content arrived split all over the package, you need an extra hour to clean it up.

They didnt inform that it need…
They didnt inform that it need signature when you received your parcel,I put mine to deliver in the machine.. So they put my parcel in the postNL and until now its still there because I have no time and when Im out from work is already late and PostNL office is close..If they put it that it need signature then I would have ask to deliver it on my neighboor...

This means that you will receive a code by e-mail from PostNL to open the machine. I see that PostNL delivered the parcel to a collection point instead of the automatic parcel machine. Loss of trust, but positive late reaction
I was expecting an order, which was delivered 2.5 km from my home, even if I live in the middle of Rotterdam.
I contacted Plein regarding this situation, as it was not possible for me to pick it up and was not delivered as agreed.
The answer (through Whatsapp) was that they could not do anything about it.
The courier was DHL.
Of course I can blame DHL, which is quite known as a non trustable delivery service in the Netherlands, but at the end, it is Plein that chose for them as their courier service. It would have been better to either have a choice of delivery company (I would never choose for DHL) or a suggestion about choosing a delivery location that is more convenient.
Two more comments:
1) The excuse of Black Friday is not acceptable. If the delivery dates are not accurate, it is better not to promise them.
2) I received another DHL package that same day at my place from a different supplier. It is strange that DHL delivers packages from only some suppliers.
UPDATE: I increased from 1 to 3 stars, as Plein contacted me by email to try to solve the situation. Although it was not possible to improve the delivery times, I appreciate their reaction.
