I downloaded PLITCH a week ago to enable faster move speed in The Ascent (because there wasn't a mod for it, somehow). Standard account creation is simple. Download/install is 2 clicks (maybe 5?). Using the for 'free' cheats is painless. I've not seen any intrusive adds anywhere.
